RVCE Placements 2026 Ongoing; Highest Package Reaches INR 67 LPA, BE Average Salary Stands at INR 16.86 LPA

RV College of Engineering records a strong placement season with 192+ recruiters, rising salaries, and hundreds of offers across BE, MTech, and MCA.

RV College of Engineering (RVCE), Bengaluru has started its Placement 2026 drive, and the institute is already witnessing strong recruiter participation and impressive salary packages.

As per the latest official data, students from B.E., M.Tech., and MCA programmes have secured hundreds of offers from top companies. The highest package has touched INR 67 LPA, while the average salary for B.E. students stand at INR 16.86 LPA. Placements are still ongoing and more companies are expected to visit.

The 2026 placement season at RVCE college has seen 192 companies visiting for B.E., while 25 recruiters hired M.Tech. students and 22 companies recruited MCA candidates. The numbers show steady demand for engineering and technical graduates.

So far, the college has received over 850+ total offers across all courses, and the drive is still continuing with more recruiters lined up.

For B.E. programmes, 698 offers have been made, out of which 654 students are already selected. M.Tech. students recorded 103 offers and 103 selections, showing a near 100% conversion rate.

Similarly, MCA students secured 50 offers with 50 final selections, reflecting strong placement performance. These figures indicate healthy recruitment across all departments. Salary packages have improved compared to previous years.

For B.E. students, the average salary is INR 16.86 LPA, while the highest package stands at INR 67 LPA. For M.Tech., the average is INR 12.73 LPA with a maximum of INR 39 LPA. For MCA, students received an average of INR 8.79 LPA and a top offer of INR 25 LPA.

The jump in averages clearly shows better opportunities and higher pay scales this year.

How Does 2026 Compare With Last Year’s Placements?

In 2025, RVCE recorded 262 companies for B.E., 55 for M.Tech., and 44 for MCA. The B.E. average salary was INR 13.76 LPA, which has now increased to INR 16.86 LPA in 2026.

The growth in average packages highlights improving industry demand and stronger campus recruitment trends at the institute.
