My fees for a year is 26000 and for BA Economics it is lesser than I can imagine. ROI wise it's the cheapest in DU as average placements in our college are worth 6-8 lakhs. Imagine students of lower category who pay half of me also getting such a package means fees affordability is next level.

Economics hons at Gargi College is very affordable. We were charged a sum of Rs 15k (approx) for our first year. Being from Delhi itself, I didnt have to bear any other costs like accommodation, food, etc. Examination fees is usually under 2k per semester. The college provides financial aid to eligible students based on their proof of income. There is no campus employment that I have taken up in my time here. However we have an active placement cell that frequently floats information regarding internship/job opportunities.

For hole year the college fees is around 15000 of my course it's different for different course which is affordable as it is for a year ,if your Coming from other state like me it will take around 170000 per year College provide a financial assistance I am in 1 St year I don't know much about other scholarship
The faculty is well-experienced, each holding a Ph.D degree. The teachers are supportive. Economics hons has a wide scope if someone wants to pursue this course then should go for it. Maths is quite important in this course as in this 3 year course you will be having Maths as subject in some form. There are different subjects in each year.
It is quite feasible. We have to pay 13500 for a year which entails for roughly 1000 a month which is far less than the fees of the private colleges and schools. I personally think 13500 for a year is less because it not only gives you good faculty, infrastructure but a degree from a reputed institute.
Fee is feasible depending on the course. Eco hons fee per Annam varies between ?13000-?15000. There is no hostel facility available by the college. For Outstation students PGs are available near the college campus.
In the course curriculum we have 4 subjects in 1st year. Consisting of macroeconomics or microeconomics, general elective,English, mathematical methods for economics. We need to give 2 internal examination for each subject they can be in form of assignment or not and then we have 1 external examination of each subject.
The curriculum of the course has changed from this year as some changes are made in the syllabus. The curriculum consists of mainly 4 subjects which are pretty easy if you study them well. We have 2 or 3 internal exam depending on the teacher of each subject and 1 external exam of each subject.
