Most of the placements are for Commerce students but science students also get placed by the placement cell of the college. I remember there was a student who got placed at 4-5 lakh p.a. Most of the students prepare for government exams or higher studies and so am I.

I chose physics hons because you can learn about so many things which are related to this universe. We study astrophysics, quantum theory , electromagnetic theory etc which have a great applications in industries. In labs also we do so many experiments which enhance our knowledge about physics theory. We also study computer programming language . In generic elective course we can choose any subject from any stream. They provide a degree for this course also but only if you chose this same subject for all 1st four sems. Physics Faculty is really amazing in this college especially kulvinder sir . They all are PhD holders and involved in some kinda research work.so they possess an ocean of knowledge .They teach on white board and sometimes by the help of projector and screen. Now let's come to the examination part, in one year we have 2 sems and at the end of each sem we have end term examination. Difficulty level of exams is moderate and we have internal examination also.

From the 3rd year onwards, students are eligible for placements. Some of the leading companies like Wipro, Ernst and Young, ICICI Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Bajaj Capital through campus placement drives. The highest package offers is 4 lpa and the lowest is around 1lpa. The average is 2.5 lpa. Almost every student gets an internship though. My plan after getting the degree is to pursue higher studies. 30% of students do get placed.

I chose this course because I wanted to pursue BCom. I like the accounting line. One class consist of 60 students at a time. Faculty members are also very educated and their teaching method is also great. I appreciate the effort of the teachers. At the end of the semester, there were our exams and the difficulty of the exam was medium.

Third year students can seat for placements under some criteria which is decided by the placement cell of the college which is operated by college students under the guidance of some teachers. I'm planning to go into management in the technical line.

I am not sure but from the 5th semester, you can apply for campus placement. Zomato Google so many companies visited our college. In our college, the maximum package offered is 16 lakhs. I don't know. I go for a professional degree like a chartered accountant or apply for a government job.

I am thinking of getting placement from the college itself because there are various famous companies which tie-up with our college for placement such as Deloitte, EY, Byju's, Genpact, Decathlon, etc. Also, the placement cell of the college is very much active it will definitely help me to prepare for the interview and selection process for the placement session.

With this course, do not think much about the placements, at least until you complete your master's. Following the same, the placement for this course is not good. You could land on some organizations, but the salary and perks won't be that good.

I don't want to provide the wrong information here. For details, everyone should check out the yearly prospectus on the college website. Though I can tell you about my plans. I plan to take a year or two's break and work a job may be, then go on with my post-graduation.

Campus placements are also very good there are more than 50 companies that provide placement in the college and a lot of Students are placed and various companies like KPMG, EY and more. The students become eligible for campus placements in their third year.
