Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College (DDUC), Delhi University, will mostly use entrance-based admissions in 2025, adhering to standardized protocols established by the University of Delhi. The Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG), which is administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA), is used to admit students to undergraduate (UG) programs like BA, BSc, BCom, and BMS. The 18 undergraduate programs offered by DDUC include BA, B.Sc., B.Com (Hons), and BMS, each with a variety of topic options, as well as B.Sc. (Hons) in seven specializations. Every course lasts three years on average and is full-time.
Candidates must first register online for the CUET-UG test and choose their desired subjects that are pertinent to the course they want to take in order to apply. Candidates must register on the Delhi University Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal after taking and passing the CUET-UG exam. In this section, candidates rank their top choices for colleges and courses. For General, OBC, and EWS candidates, the application cost for the CSAS portal is INR 250; for SC, ST, and PwD candidates, it is INR 100. The entire admissions and application procedure takes place online.
The University of Delhi provides cutoff scores and seat distribution lists in several rounds following the announcement of the CUET-UG results. A candidate's category, preferred course and college, CUET score, and seat availability all play a role in seat distribution. After accepting the preliminary allocation, candidates must have their eligibility and uploaded papers verified by DDUC. If everything is in order, the candidate pays the course cost online via the assigned portal after the college verifies their enrollment.
The Class XII grade report, CUET scorecard, recent passport-size photo, signature, and other academic records are required for admission; these must be submitted and self-attested. DDUC strictly follows merit and the centralized counseling process, and admission is not given on a first-come, first-served basis. According to university policies, candidates in the reserved category get seat reservations and eligibility relaxations.
