Remarks
I applied for all colleges in DU, I got accepted in DDUC because I fit the criteria they had in mind. No, I have not availed of any kind of quota. Minimum percentage required: 80%+. Minimum age:18 The admission process was very smooth and paperwork is very limited. You just have to get one DD of 3000Rs and you are good to go.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course beacuse I like the oratory and theoretical aspect of this course. Facutly: student ratio is good (30:1) Faculty is highly qualified. The teaching method is good enough to make you industry ready and is easily understandable as well. Exams happen semseterly and they are pretty easy to pass .
Placement Experience
From the 3rd year onwards, students are eligible for placements. Some of the leading companies like Wipro, Ernst and Young, ICICI Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Bajaj Capital through campus placement drives. The highest package offers is 4 lpa and the lowest is around 1lpa. The average is 2.5 lpa. Almost every student gets an internship though. My plan after getting the degree is to pursue higher studies. 30% of students do get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
College tution fees are very affordable, there is no such fees hike. Various kinds of scholarships are available like merit cum mean scholarship depending on your Economical background. Placements are also available. I did not get any job while on campus.
Campus Life
The library is world-class and has books of all kinds of authors in the curriculum. The classroom is fully furnished,AC, and has a projector as well to improve the teaching experience. Basketball, Cricket ground, the tennis court is there for sports lovers. Other than that there is huge lush ground for events like "KALRAV". Multiple clubs are present both run by students and college like ROBOTICS,CAC,YAVANIKA etc which enriches the club culture overall.
