Following are the conditions for selecting Manager in an organisation
The candidate must
I. be not less than 25 yr and not more than 30 yr as on 1.1.2020
II. be graduate atleast 65% marks.
III. be ready to pay ₹ 70,000 as security deposit
IV. have secured at least 50% marks in the selection exam.
V. have secured at least 55% marks in personal interview.
In the case of a candidate who has satisfied all the above conditions except
1. at (II) above, but has secured atleast 70% marks in the post graduatio, the case is referred to Director-personnel.
2. at (III) above, but is ready to sign a bond for one year, the case is to be referred to HOD-personnel.
Anrita was born on 15th July, 1992. She has secured 66% marks in graduation and 71% marks in post-graduation. She is ready to pay ₹70,000 as security deposit. She has also secured 50% marks in the selection Examination.
