College Review of IIITDMJ acc to AMAZER

Likes

College campus is very huge comapared with other same level colleges.
Infrastructure is also one of its kind..
Weather is so so amazing here. Everytime it surprises.

Dislikes

The food of iiitdmj is not so good......
Management of Mess is not so good here..
College is very far away from the main city.

Course Curriculum Overview:

ummmm. in terms of relevance and comprehensveness, the courses are good. In 1st year the course will be what you have studied in 11 th and 12, just the advanced version of it. After 1st year the core courses come into play.

My experience is going good in this institution as Iam current student in this institution and Iam enjoying my engineering life very much and I made some good friends here and over-all my experience is good
I like the hostel and rooms which is provided by this institution as there is a lot of personal space for a student which is very much important for any student
I like the mess food because of the quality and the hygiene which is maintained in mess as there is a separate mess for vegetarians and separate mess for non vegetarian both the mess are very good

Dislikes

Mostly things I liked in this institution as I am currently studying in this institution.
The curriculum for study's is very strict and there is 75 percent attendance criteria which I thing very tough for the students
The canteen are not good as they are very costly and the food is not what I would expect.

Placement Experience:

From third semester onwards the students are eligible for internships and projects there are very great chances to get an internship if your scores are above average and there are lot of companies visited in this institution

Likes

Senior junior relationship, sports culture and alumni network
Common mess for girls and boys so everyone can sit and eat together
Campus is peaceful and hostel rooms are spacious

Dislikes

Mess food is not always that good to eat so need the canteens
Hostel rooms are cleaned weekly which is not good they can be cleaned 3 times a week
Rules are strict for first years for a few months but then it normalises

Placements offered in the campus are really good. Many students often go for off campus placements. The Placement cell is very active and provides details of every single opportunity of placements or of internships. Highest offered package is 1.22 cr(off campus) andavg package is 21 LPA. Almost every student gets a package.

IIITDMJ, a hidden gem!

Likes

I like that the rules are balanced and there's no discrimination between girls and boys. . Action is quite quick here and authorities actually listen to you.
Faculty members are kind and supportive and are approachable
Sports facilities are amazing, and clubs are quite dedicated to there interests.

Dislikes

There's too much focus on academics and you're required to study most of the time with very little time left for other activities
City is quite far away and although rarely, but it's s problem
Attendance rules are too rigid which can also be a good thing

Placement Experience:

Highest and average packages differ branch to branch. Placement percentage also differs branch to branch with CSE and ECE having significantly higher placement percentage than Mechanical and SM. Although I would say it's pretty much upto you.

Honest Review on True Analysis

Likes

College campus is quite large filled with full of greenery.
Programming club is very strong in the college and seniors here are very helpful.
Sports facilities provided here is very excellent.

Dislikes

Sometimes some professors become to harsh.
Also the 75% attendance criteria is also very irritating.
There is also a danger of some animals due to heavy greenery in the college.

Placement Experience:

From 5th sem we can say students becomes eligible for campus placements. Companies like ibm, Deloitte,Meesho,linkedin,Amazon,capegemini,Accenture ,Adobe etc visit for campus placements and given around 400 offers in batch of 600. Percentage placements for cse is around 93% and for ECE is around 84%. My plans after getting the degree is to do a good sde job

Likes

Campus Life is very good here and seniors are very helpful.
Nice coding environment everyone is doing competitive coding
Curriculum is very balanced and professors are also good

Dislikes

Our college is approx 10 km far from city
Students are dependent on bus for going to the city

Placement Experience:

In our college placement is good. You will enough opportunities for 2022-23 placement was very good avg was 21 lakh. For 2023-24 placement is low for all colleges because of recessions . It will go high in upcoming years. Many companies come here like Atlanta,Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs etc. Approx 93% students get placed.

I like about the college life campus life .
senior are quite helpful and they always guide to in better direction
College infrastructure are quite decent and placement is also quite decent .

Dislikes

College courses are not quite good there has to be particular for every branch.
Academic is a little bit hectic 75% attendance is mandatory.
Professor are not as much helpful as the has to be.

Placement Experience:

college Placement is quite decent . students from second year got intern . there is much more campanies like Amazon ,IBM ,adani,bajaj auto, BEL , and many more. In CSE about 93% gets place and in ECE about 84% and in other branch it is about 59%.

Beautiful information about IIITDMJ

Likes

Teacher are very good senior are very help full.Batchmate are very good,and intelligent.
Clubs are very good,club member always give junior notes etc.
College conduct many cultural events,for many religions.

Dislikes

Mess food are not very good,and canteen food price is very high.
Network ar lan line problem is very high
Only one play ground for criket and football

Our college cource curriculum is like IIT GUWAHATI, course curriculum,is very good ,the teaching method of faculty is very,good,and helpfull,and energetic any time.Just like gurfian,they can help any time ,if you suffer any problem,our counseling dean,and counseling faculty help any time

Awesome Collage best infrastructure good coding culture

Placement in the college is good , gpod company come
Campus infrastructure is very good classes are funnly ac
Faculties is good curriculum is based on iit kanpur

Dislikes

College is 11 km far from city and railway station so traveling cost is high
College is surrounded by Forrest so high chances of snakes you see in college many times
College curriculum is little tough because iit kanpur based curriculum follows College

Placement Experience:

On campus Placement is good with 21 lpa average package and 27 lpa cse average package Placement cell is very awesome and the programming club is doing there job very well organising Hackathons named Hack byte

PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur Review

Likes

Good infrastructure, all lecture hall are air conditioned.
IIITDM Jabalpur campus is full of greenery.
Faculties are highly educated from prestigious institutions like IIT Kanpur.

Dislikes

Network issue is there in the campus, only airtel sim works fine.
Mess food quality is not good, you have to compromise for it or get the food from canteens
Since there is a lot of greenery in the campus, there are huge chances of seeing snakes and other insects

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent, you can get a good placement if you work on your skills and have a decent CPI. For in campus placements there is a criteria of CPI which is approx 7, percentage of students getting placed is about 95% in CSE branch
