Various companies visits are college for placement and internship opportunities such as nvidia, infosys, google etc. and provides with decent stipend, exact amount I don't know but it's well enough. Student should maintain a good cpi and work hard to achieve that.

my college provide decent interships opportunites, with companies like Cisco, samsung, tcs, infosys, meesho etc . provide internship in IT field . Many of my friend get internship from college and some get off campus.

Data Science & AI: American Express, Fractal Analytics, Deloitte.IIITDMJ has an active entrepreneurship culture, where students intern at startups or build their own ventures. E-Cell IIITDMJ connects students with startup internships. Some students work on their own ideas through incubators like Startup India, Atal Incubation Centers, and IIT Startup Hubs.Tech & Software Internships: ?30,000–?1,00,000 per month (Amazon, Google, Microsoft). Core Engineering Internships: ?10,000–?30,000 per month (Tata, ISRO, DRDO). The intership oppurtunities star from third year , companies like Accenture , Samsung,Commvault came to hire interns with stipends upto ?50k . The roles were related to technical and it only. Studentws make diffrent kinds of projects to attract the recruiters.

Meesho, Accenture are some companies that come presently, offering IT roles to students, such as advance app develoer engineer intern offered by accenture Meesho offered data analyst intern to studnets But companies are not visiting on the frequent basis

Placement scenario is good if you check the college website.Companies visiting the college is around 100 every year(+-30 percent).Recession did have some effect but it's getting better.My discipline has somewhat average placements.So,if you want to pursue GATE or M.B.A,begin it by the end of 3rd year or so for better ranks.Higher studies is always an option and seniors/alumni have cracked competitive exams.So,it's not like there's no career options ahead.

If you are good at your technical skill there are one placement cell which will help you for getting your internship opportunities. they help most to call many companies for students placement. and you can do internship in college under any fculty.

5th semester on wards companies come on campus to provide internships to students. students sit in placements and also internships. though the number of companies coming are very less for internship for 3rd year students but for final year students there are ample amount of companies.

There are many placement offers in Our college like they oftenly conduct placement drives in our college and which are usually helpful to the students to bag the placement from companies like Infosys, etc
