Likes

Good infrastructure, all lecture hall are air conditioned.
IIITDM Jabalpur campus is full of greenery.
Faculties are highly educated from prestigious institutions like IIT Kanpur.

Dislikes

Network issue is there in the campus, only airtel sim works fine.
Mess food quality is not good, you have to compromise for it or get the food from canteens
Since there is a lot of greenery in the campus, there are huge chances of seeing snakes and other insects

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is well defined in such a way that you get the interdisciplinary knowledge, exams are held in every two months and quizzes are taken in between. The course curriculum is well defined to prepare you for the real world problems.

Internships Opportunities

Top recruiters of aur college include meesho, paytm, goldman sachs and many more. Most of the students of computer science are offered the role of SDE in IT Companies. Course curriculum also include project based learning.

Placement Experience

Placements are decent, you can get a good placement if you work on your skills and have a decent CPI. For in campus placements there is a criteria of CPI which is approx 7, percentage of students getting placed is about 95% in CSE branch

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee of the b.tech program is 73500 per semester, mess fee is around 15000, and hostel is very affordable at the rate of 11000. There are many scholarships available which include Merit cum means scholarship which is given to top 10 percent students.

Campus Life

Campus Life is good, there are many canteens which provide good quality food at reasonable rates. There are many clubs run by the students which include technical clubs and sports clubs. Infrastructure is also good it is even better than most of the NITs.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel of IIITDM Jabalpur is very affordable, it costs only 11000 per semester. Triple sharing room is alloted to the students of first and second year. In one room there are three independent almirahs, beds and table chair.

Admission process is very easy, you can take place the admission after giving JEE mains exam and scoring good All India Rank, then you can apply in JOSAA counselling for taking the admission in IIITDM Jabalpur.

Average placements, Good infrastructure and Good placements

Placement Experience:

I think for 7th and 8th semister students are eligible for the campus placements. The companies like tcs, Amazon, Capgemini, D mart and etc and some other companies. The highest package is about 8 lacs and the lowest package around 2 lacs. The good number of students are placed in the college and like 20 to 40 percentage students have placed in college placements. After getting this degree I will try for a job or I will go for master's.

Life at OIST, Bhopal

Placement Experience:

In our college, placements take place in the final year of the course. By 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The placement opportunities are quite decent, an average package consists of 5 - 6 LPA every year. Several companies visit our campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco, etc. Now, startups also started to visit for placements. Highest package has been 72 LPA, and every year in off campus as well, many students achieve high package like 8 - 12 LPA. Nearly 70% of students gets placed, also some students has other plans for their future. About me, I think of going for placements in my final year for which I have started preparation.

Excellent college and unbeatable placement

Placement Experience:

After 10th semester the student are available for campus placement Cap Gemini kpit Amazon apple and Google and many other companies are visited in my call is the average package of my college is 6 lakh and the highest package of my colleges 50 lakh about 17% students are getting of placement plan in the student a job is in the Google company average salary from reviews include that the average salary can be low despite Google placement are management of few reviews point out that the management is not always a student focused and from spectrum of the colleges operations could be improved college provider placement as compared to other colleges but college management are not good our very helpful for our students our colleges are very good and and facilities of placement but our colleges are not available in pure water in and drink not available in not available drinking water

College placement are good as compared to other colleges because in recession time only tit college provides placement for our students so college placement are better but if you are hardworking man or women so your package is better so if you take good package so start hardwork or discipline in college academic. This college average package is also better than other colleges like lnct, oriental because this college average package is something 4 to 5lpa and highest package is something 50 lpa. My journey through Engineering and Campus Life

Placement Experience:

The placements are good and offer strong opportunities for both full time roles and internships. Students are eligible for placements from 2nd year. Most companies approach from 3rd year. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements, inluding D.E Shaw, Goldmann Sachs, Flipkart, Meesho, Accenture. Many people are placed from college from cse, ece from other branches its quite less. Overall the placement ecosystem is highly supportive and prepares students for their professional careers.

Life as a Student of IIITDM Jabalpur

I wanted a National college which should be government, according to my rank in JEE Mains I was getting other Nits and iiits and also some state government colleges but i preferred this because it is in my home city jabalpur No i didn't got any rejections i applied to because this college was my fiest priority and according to my interest. According to your JEE mains rank when you are selected in this college by Jossa/Csab counselling Online physical reporting is done first then within 10-15 days you have to physically report to the college, after it you are alloted your respective hostel to live and from next week classes get started My overall admission experience was really very good, it was my dream college You have to achieve rank under 1.5 lakhs to get admission here if you are from obc category For general category you have to achieve rank under 70000 to come here For sc/st candidates you have to achieve rank under 2 lakhs to come to this college as per previous year cutoff...Read More
