Online Application

• Visit the official website of ITM University Gwalior.
• Register using your email ID and phone number.
• Fill out the application form correctly.
• Submit the filled application along with the required documents and application fee.

Offline application

• Collect the application form from the counseling cell of the university.
• Or, request the form by sending a Demand Draft (DD) of INR 1,000 in favor of ‘ ITM University’ payable at Gwalior.
• The request must include a cover letter addressed to the Chairman of the Admission Boards, along with your postal address.

The candidate seeking admission for the BBA course must have done 10+2 in any stream with at least 50% Marks in aggregate from a recognized board.

The university conducts its own entrance examination, known as ITM NEST, for admission into BPT course

ITM University offers B.Sc. Honors in Agriculture to the students. The first year fee of the course is INR 1.30 lacs. The second, third and fourth year fees of the course are the same INR 1.25 lacs.

You can apply for admission to ITM Gwalior B.Tech. CSE course on two basis. These two basis are:

• Marks secured in the JEE Mains
• Marks secured in the previous qualifying examination (10+2 board examinations). 

Yes, you can get admission directly to the ITM University on the basis of marks achieved in the 10+2 board examination. You can also take admission via ITM NEST Exam in which you can also apply for scholarship.

The first year fee of Bachelor of Pharmacy in ITM Gwalior is INR 1.85 lacs (including tuition fee- INR 90 thousand per semester and other fee- INR 5 thousand). The second, third and fourth year fees of the course are the same INR 1.80 lacs. 

Yes, you can get admission to the ITM University through ITM NEST Examination. The eligibility criteria of appearing in ITM NEST is to complete 10+2 with at least 55% marks in the aggregate.

Yes, hostel fees is to be paid seperately in ITM University. The hostel fee differs from INR 85 thousand to INR 2 lacs per year. The hostel rooms are distributed on single and sharing basis. 

The entrance exam is scheduled to take place by May 31^st 2024 and classes (preceeded by counselling) will begin by July 2024.
