Likes

I found very good friends here and built many meaningful connections. I improved my social and communication skills here. And some faculties here are very helpful and guide us for further. Seniors are also helpful in nature.
Infrastructure is very beautiful and aesthetic
Faculties are well qualified in masters degrees or PHDs with good experience, they are helpful and guding too

Dislikes

Some faculties behave very rudely with students and students get punushed without mistakes
Not practical and quality education just considering rgpv syllabus
Washrooms etc. are not clean and hygienic

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to learn about AI and machine learning deeply thats why I joined this course. But the college curriculam usually prepares us for university exam rather than providing very good practical knowledge.

Class Size: 280Course Fees: INR 130000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearwise tution fees of AIML course in Oriental Institute of science and technology is 130000/-? . Registration and admission fees is 5000/-? but they later add it in regular fees. Uniform fees is 4500?/-. There are charges and funds taken for various occasions or for participating is extra curricular activities. OBC scholarship for people with income less than 250000/-? is 28,000?. Dont know about sc st

Campus Life

There is Garba night held every year in navratri and GI (general introduction of juniors) annual Tech fest which usually happens for a week with different events and college gives many opportunities to showcase tour skills in any field wether its coding , designing , dancing , modelling , sports or anything. You will get chance here

Admission

I applied to LNCT , Oriental and Bansal college but chose Oriental because it has good rating in affordable fees structure , like its 2nd best college in bhopal in terms of placement. Admission can be taken directly or through counselling.

Faculty

Faculties and student relationship are quiet good. Faculties are usually well qualified in Masters or PHDs degrees and have good knowledge about their field. They are also very supportive but sometimes some Faculties have their own ego and behave rudely. But 80% of them are very nice

Night Life

Our favourite hangout spot is college garden infront of auditorium. We love sitting and chatting there in natural fresh air. And there is very much brotherhood and sisterhood kind of friendship between eachother. Friends are very helpful in everything. I love it.

Life at OIST, Bhopal

Placement Experience:

In our college, placements take place in the final year of the course. By 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The placement opportunities are quite decent, an average package consists of 5 - 6 LPA every year. Several companies visit our campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco, etc. Now, startups also started to visit for placements. Highest package has been 72 LPA, and every year in off campus as well, many students achieve high package like 8 - 12 LPA. Nearly 70% of students gets placed, also some students has other plans for their future. About me, I think of going for placements in my final year for which I have started preparation.

Excellent college and unbeatable placement

Placement Experience:

After 10th semester the student are available for campus placement Cap Gemini kpit Amazon apple and Google and many other companies are visited in my call is the average package of my college is 6 lakh and the highest package of my colleges 50 lakh about 17% students are getting of placement plan in the student a job is in the Google company average salary from reviews include that the average salary can be low despite Google placement are management of few reviews point out that the management is not always a student focused and from spectrum of the colleges operations could be improved college provider placement as compared to other colleges but college management are not good our very helpful for our students our colleges are very good and and facilities of placement but our colleges are not available in pure water in and drink not available in not available drinking water

Placement Experience:

College placement are good as compared to other colleges because in recession time only tit college provides placement for our students so college placement are better but if you are hardworking man or women so your package is better so if you take good package so start hardwork or discipline in college academic. This college average package is also better than other colleges like lnct, oriental because this college average package is something 4 to 5lpa and highest package is something 50 lpa. And also very good companies visit our college like TCS, Capgemini,Hcl ,Sap etc and also advantage of college because this college tie up with Capgemini or kpit companies

Placement Experience:

The placements are good and offer strong opportunities for both full time roles and internships. Students are eligible for placements from 2nd year. Most companies approach from 3rd year. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements, inluding D.E Shaw, Goldmann Sachs, Flipkart, Meesho, Accenture. Many people are placed from college from cse, ece from other branches its quite less. Overall the placement ecosystem is highly supportive and prepares students for their professional careers.

At MANIT,Bhopal students are eligible for placments from 7th semester . Companies like Microsoft, amazon ,adobe ,tcs, infosys and wipro visit , offering software,core and consulting roles. The highest package crosses 60 lakhs, while the average is aroung 10-12 lpa. over 85-90% of eligible stduent get placed. After graduation , I plan to pursue career in software development and research.

I applied to OIST after reviewing many other colleges in Bhopal, under which comes LNCT, TIT and SIRT. Personally, to me OIST seemed like a better option, because it found that it provided good opportunities in terms of placements, quality of education, support from faculty, and financially as well. I was not rejected from other colleges but my preferred branch was not offered to me, hence I had to look for other options as well. At OIST, the admission process is quite smooth since admission can be done through JEE counselling or through MP DTE counselling as well. My admission experience is good, since my admission got done through counselling. Even through 12th marks or percentage, Admission can be done. OIST Bhopal has best faculties!!
