Faculty

Every subject is tought by seperate faculty members and they are easily approachable. The student to teacher ratio is good. Abhishek sir in 1st year and Ms. Sonam Tyagi in 3rd semester are really good at teaching and nicely spoken. Dr. Himanshu Gupta is the worst teacher i have ever met. Mathematics lecture of her make me hate her bacause of her voice and ill-attitude. There are 3 mid term exams conducted which are easy to score good and the final exam is conducted by AKTU.I think the cource curriculum is not relevant for us.

Internships Opportunities

In second year, there are no such facilities provided by the college by their side. We get the guidance from departments but intership opportunities are always approached by the student itself. Until now i have made a mini project on"Laser security alarm system" but in 3rd and 4th year of college, there are significant marks in the cource outcome hence, it helps alot.

My 4 years of b.tech academic fees is 4,00,000. in that 4,00,000 rupees 1lakh rupees is for 4years of bus fees and remaining 3lakhs for academic.it means yearly we have to pay seventy five thousand for academic fees which includes labs fees,development fees,registration fees and the additional extra fees also involved in that seventy five thousand and remaining twenty five thousand fees for one academic year bus fees.the fees structure is depending upon the course which has been taken as your choice and there is reservation bebefit in the form of allotment order and scholarship amount of the students based upon their courses minimum upto 55,000 and maximum upto 1lakh per year whith huge amount of benefit.

exam fees structure is very very good in our college.and the students ratio is also very high and the pass percentage is also very high with 96.5 etc... and the real thing in our college is my faculty members expalin the topics in the classrooms and they will do the same topics in the form of pratical knowledege also.

We have very good faculty in my college we have 3 faculty for each subject and lab faculty also and all teachers are my favourite dome time not like faculty when he scold me but all are good and we have 1 mid exam about 30 marks and gtu exam about 70 marks and gtu exam are difficult but mid exam are moderate

The college organizes the freshers party once a year. The technical festival is organized but it depends on the trend like a few weeks ago there was SIH organized in out college that was internal SIH. There are groups for social clubs,sports,technical,etc but i really dont know much about cause i havent seen something because i am still in my second year and 3rd semester The library is not good and it doesnt provide or allows students when the classes are running and other days are closed even after 5pm .It only opened 9-5

course is quite easy and the faculty takes the weekly tests for the improvement of the students in which we get to improve and its also early preparation for the unniversity/semester exam. you can work on your skills beccause the preparation for the semester exam is easily prepared by attending the weekly tests

The truth all should know berore joining MGIT

There will be many hackatones parked running in our college, including prize money for the winning students. The clubs in the college are less, but there will be access of Coke or clear activities for the students which include grounds projects, poster presentations, etc. The classrooms in the college are neat and decent. You will have a good library which have access to many books. The student life in this college is good but not excellent. Fest will be conducted but not frequently, whereas hackathons and other programs related to study will be conducted more frequently than fests. The car column is always updated. According to the regulations of genteu of JNTUH Hyderabad. There is good depth in physics according to the car column. But teaching of physics is not so good in mathematics. There is a lot of depth in mattresses and other basic mathematics. Were as in calculus. There is none not so much depth and deep concepts according to the regulation which I feel to be improved. Teaching methods are good, but not bad. The frequency of timing is strict. There will be less breaks in between the periods. Examination timings are strict, but exams are held according to the college wish. Not according to the jntuh,which is a good thing. Level of examinations is moderate to easy According to my experience. Examinations are corrected by teachers. My suggestion. There are two annual fest the tech fest Aarohan held in mid october in 2025 and the cultural fest Recstacy.in februry also food fests also organised . The capacity of library is quite good also it contains around 2 lakh books. Classroom size is also good around 250 students can sit in one classroom .All the class contains AC ,Fans and proper ventillation. There is proper place for every sports ,swimming pool is not available here so it is its disadvantage also one more disadvantage is that it do not have any internal game courts. Yes there is all types of clubs in this college for every type of social activities. .

A HONEST EXPERIENCE

Hello everyone.The total tuition fees for galgotias college of engineering and technology is 115603 including the 1000 registration fees and 5000 one time payment at the time of admission...so from after 2nd year you have to pay 109603 only. And if you got admission in fee waiver {fw} quota through uptac counselling the only tuition fees will not to be paid...you have to pay 6000 only to the institute in 1st year. and also scholarship wil be provided to the students bu up govt which is approx 55-60k and fw students are not eligible for this.

The fests are the core of galgotias in greater noida..you will enjoy the college life and fests here. For the books and journels there is a central library contains all books and open from 9 to 6.Almost every sport have been played in th college including chess. extracullicular activities have also been done like art, drawing etc. you also find many clubs here like tech club , coding club and other..

Life at OIST, Bhopal

In OIST, the faculty are quite experienced and well-qualified. Their way of teaching is quite impressive. They teach through Blackboards and Smartboards. The faculty-to-student ratio is good enough, such that the faculty members are there to solve each student's doubts, during the class and after the class as well. In ECE, there are nearly 15+ years of experienced professors, who provide theoretical and practical knowledge as well. There are many Assistant Professors as well. To be honest, there are no such faculties which I dislike. The faculties and students relationship is good, like faculty do monitor each student's progress and communicate to them. The exams are conducted twice a year, in the end of every semester, which are moderately tough but with preparation one can clear them. Mid-semester Examinations are held twice in a semester, which are moderately tough. The syllabus or course curriculum is quite relevant since we get knowledge about the technologies and concepts used in the real-world problems. Overall, I think the Faculty of OIST is really good and that is one of the reasons OIST emerges as a good option for students who wants to make a career in tech.

The course curriculum in our college is quite structured and follows the RGPV syllabus. This provides both, practical and theoretical aspects. Subjects are ordered in such a way that the students learn basics of engineering in the first year, then moving to next semesters or year, the depth and knowledge of subject keeps increasing the level. The curriculum helps is such that it can be applied in real-world applications to a good extent. Not just plain and simple teaching, many events and workshops also take place to contribute in students knowledge. Exams are conducted timely as per the university (RGPV) schedule. Internals exams and practical exams also take place which helps us in monitoring things and studies in a better way. Overall, the curriculum is comprehensive and quite relevant.

NITK - A truthful review

Overall campus life experience is great. The major fests that happen are the Tech Fest - ENGINEER which happens in september and the cultural fest INCIDENT during march. Both of them are well known and grand fests. All types of sports like Basketball , volleyball , cricket , badminton , swimming , powerlifting etc are there.There are also a lot of cultural and technical clubs , they also win cups and prizes in competetions. The classrooms are so spacious , with charging and wifi connections around the campus. Classrooms have proper smartboards and some even have ACs.

Placement Experience

The students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Top recruiters like Bajaj , Mercedes-Benz , Siemens , Caterpiller , Bosch , Ola Electric Mahindra , Google and many more come to the campus. Around 250 companies visists the college including the Sillicon Valley tech giants. Highest Package is 55 LPA and average package is 16.25 LPA . Almost 93% of students gets placed. Honest review of CU as a B.Tech student of ECE

As it CU is a state university it is quite affordable for students to pursue studies here. For B.Tech the fees is around 40k for the full 4 year course. To enroll themselves in the B.Tech curriculum one must pass the wbjee exam- During wbjee councelling 5k is paid which is then adjusted in the 1st semester fees. So for 1st sem- Tution fees: 5k (paid during councelling) Library fees: 800 Lab fees: 800 Athletic fees: 5 Union fees: 5 Magazine fees: 5 Studnets' Aid funf: 5 Students' Health home fees: 2 Identity Card fees: 50 Total = 6772 And for next 7 semesters- Tution fees: 3000 Lad fees: 1500 Athletic fees: 5 Union fees: 5 Magazine fees: 5 Students' Aid fund: 5 Students' Health home fees: 2 Total = 4522 Total fees for 4 years = 6772 + 4522x7 = 38426 rupees (without hostel)

In our dept we have mentors for every students, faculty to students ratio is quite great and they are very easily approacable. Dr. Sumitra Mukhopadhyay is my mentor and she is very friendly and easily approachable, Dr. Nikhil Ranjan Das is one of the senior-most and respected professors in our department, his classes are very insightful and very easy to understand. Dr. Debatosh Guha's experience working in the industry and easy to understand classes are also quite good. There are 2 midsems in our dept and the difficulty is medium to hard in most cases. Around 10% of the students fail.

Faculty to student ratio is also good . About 20 students to 1 faculty is provided. We are having 1 main exam and 3 internals in each semister . Exam copies are checked in a very protective way.

From the 7th semester students are elligible for placement and they also get high pakages . Companies like camgemini , cognizent , tcs , infosysis, Tech mahindra,viston,HPL often come for placement. Students more than 80 npercent are getting placed.

Review of IIIT Kota

the overall experience of the college campus is dissapointing beacuse of many factors if you are looking for the college for the campus life then just go for someone else. No cultural fest has ever happened in this college only and tech summit once in a year which is good but not much like other college ya clubs are much active their events regularly occours. The libarary is very small no space to study there only curriculam books are present there along with some of the other books. In the classrooms green boarf are present although classrooms are good furnished and air conditioned so they are good. Sports facilities are very minimal no proper ground and indor facility. about 15-20 clubs are present in college and yes they are active only the source of fun int he college.

The semester wise tutuon fees is 111000 which include only tutuon fees and group fees. For the new student who join for the first time have to pay 135425 for a semester which include a admission fees of 10000 for the one time only ,no registration fees institute development fees is 5000 and lab fees is 2000 and many other fees like interent and sport fees which makes it to 135425 for a semester.For the Sc, St students it costs 117425. And for the rest of the semstet you to pay 111000 and 93000 for the category students. For the students the schlorship is of nsp which student can easily get if they are eligible and reliance schlorship.
