Review of IIIT Kota

Well the curriculam is good easily accesable and reachable and i have selected electronics only because i have interested in it from the very starting and the curriculam is good for me. Yes the curriculam helps to solve the real world probelm but not at all as most of it are theoritical and but some lab experiments and good. Exams are held every 2 months sometimes it become difficult to face the exams.

The semester wise tutuon fees is 111000 which include only tutuon fees and group fees. For the new student who join for the first time have to pay 135425 for a semester which include a admission fees of 10000 for the one time only ,no registration fees institute development fees is 5000 and lab fees is 2000 and many other fees like interent and sport fees which makes it to 135425 for a semester.For the Sc, St students it costs 117425. And for the rest of the semstet you to pay 111000 and 93000 for the category students. For the students the schlorship is of nsp which student can easily get if they are eligible and reliance schlorship.

the overall experience of the college campus is dissapointing beacuse of many factors if you are looking for the college for the campus life then just go for someone else. No cultural fest has ever happened in this college only and tech summit once in a year which is good but not much like other college ya clubs are much active their events regularly occours. The libarary is very small no space to study there only curriculam books are present there along with some of the other books. In the classrooms green boarf are present although classrooms are good furnished and air conditioned so they are good. Sports facilities are very minimal no proper ground and indor facility. about 15-20 clubs are present in college and yes they are active only the source of fun int he college.

In the room 1 almira one bed and one table is provided along the netwrk connectivity(lan) and proper lighning. the quality of food is not much good. For the registration you only need to pay fees and then the room will be allocated and yes it is affordable 38000 for a semester including food.

First of all i applied for this college for the electronics branch that i want and this college provides and for to take the admission in this college you have to give the jee mains exams on the basis of that u will get this college. So sccording to my rank i get this only although i have applied for the other collegs also but didnt get into them because of their cut offs. And another factor is that i choose it because i from rajasthan and this college is also present in this state. For to take the admission one should have to give the jee mains exams and have to score in between 96-98 percentile for to get the preferred branch.

the faculty is around 40-50 max out of the 1100 students and their relationship is good tecahers helps the student when needed and in many cases like due to the unavalibilty of the director sometimes have to face many problems in organising any event and collecting the funds for them. For a semester of 4 months we have to exams mid term and end term along witht the practicals of the lab and aroung 5-10 percent fails in difficult subjects.

only the good factor in the college is the night life because the timings for the bosy hostel is not any every student is free to go anywhere in the campus any time. but for the girls it is max for around 10-11 . Gym is present int he college one late night canteen is present no library. campus timing are till 11:59 pm after that have to take permissions but still linient. There is not any hangout place near as its present in village.
