Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU) is one of the renowned private universities located in Gandhinagar. Approximately I paid 6 lakh in this year and every year it increase by 10 percent so in total we have to pay 27 lakh in 4 years of b.tech.The fees will same for all students it is not dependent on category.Tution fees is nearly 2.5 lakh caution fees may be around 25000 and registration fees which they promised to refund after 4 years which is 25 K and admission fees is 2 k i.e basically for filling the form which is not refundable.

LNMIIT- The good, the bad and the other expensive.

Likes

The course is designed strictly to make it more relevant for the job market. You can opt for small research projects under professors from the first year itself

Dislikes

The fees is exorbitantly high for the facilities they provide. Sports facilities, outlets and library is a bit lacking.

The first year tuition fees is rs 550000. The tuition fees increases at a rate of 10 percent every year, so the final 4 year tuition fees inclduing admission fees is 257300. The mess+ hostel + electricity fee per semester is 57000 thousand rupees. There is no different fee schemes for different category students. There are scholarships available for economically weaker students, and also merit based scholarships available which are given to students who score above 9.25 CGPA.

Curriculum and acads are very tough for every student

My annual fees increased at 10% , and my overall fees after 4 years will be around 22 lakhs , but this fees is only for 2023 batch , apart from the fees our college offers merit cum scholarship based on your cgpa , and there are scholarships based on family income which can be availed at the time of admission

Course curriculum become somewhat hectic because after every 2-3 weak you have an exam. And in exam you will not given much gap to prepare for it.

LNMIIT by an LNMIITIAN

Too much fees and corrupt people are in admin office.

Total Hostel & mess fees costs around 1 Lakh per year while college fees is around 4 Lakh per year but for the new batches it increased in both the cases and for 4 years they are paying around 27 lakhs including mess and hostel. Top 5 students in batch get a 25% of relaxation in fees.

The fees structure of my College is just hefty

This fees of this course is too high and increased eventually this year last year for the same course the fees was 117000 and this year it is approximately 1.5L it's just a jump in the fees structure from last year also my college take fees for wifi gym but we don't have any of these facilities in our college. Also the staff are also not good. I belong from an open caste and I have to pay this hefty amount for education but I had scholarship that provides me funding around 1L but it's still hard to pay 50,000 bcoz my father's annual income is 1,20,000 and I have 5 siblings and I'm the eldest. So it's really really hard to pay this hefty amount and the amount is increasing by 30000 every year.
