Likes

the faculties are quite supportive and well educated
the sports facilities in the college provided are good enough
the students who got admission are disciplined

Dislikes

fees is on a higher side which makes it difficult to pay without education loan
campus size is a bit smaller means some of the land is unused
some more sports should be provided to students

Course Curriculum Overview

curriculium is very much related to industry requirements. college takes inputs from students regarding the relevence of course taught to the students .2 exams are arranged for a semester which gives a good time for students to prepare for exams

Fees and Financial Aid

I would be paying approx 6,00,000 a year tution fees was around 4 lakhs and caution fees was 10,000 no special fees for category students institution gives a benefit of 35,000 for students scoring a cgpa of 9.8 above

Campus Life

there are 3 fest organised : vivacity, plinth, desportivos these are organised in the month of january and feburary Library approxly has many books covering every domain classromrs are with technology with charging socket ,projectors good sports facilities many clubs regarding every domain like sankalp club for social welfare

Admission

My rank in Jee Main was around 68k because of which I could not make into NIT'S so the private college offering b tech on this rank were like jaypee noida, nirma, lnmiit but lnmiit gives admission till a certain rank, give no reservation,no management quota and a good placement stats which makes it a very good college

Faculty

the faculty to student ratio is good enough as every students is in sight of the faculty as no overcrowding is there. the physics faculty (Amit Neogi] is very supportive .I personally like them very much.exams are a little bit tough which is mandatory for a good knowledge of students

Night Life

gym is little bit equipments could be added small cafetiras are on a good side libraries are good hostel in time is 11 pm in night famous hangout places like prem milap chattri, great wall,diamond, hilltop,

My straightforward Review of my college life

Placement Experience:

Placements in my collage are not very strong. A few companies visit, but the number is limited and the offer are also not very high . The average package is on the lower side and only a small number of students get placed through the campus. After completing my degree my plans is to continue improving my technical skills and apply for jobs outside the campus where the chances and salary packages are better.

the college provide good placement and internship opportunities and the average package stays around 12-13 lpa , almost 80% students get campus placement in good companies and the exams and eligibility process is very simple - just maintain the good cgpa with good commincation skills

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students get eligible for placements which is from 7th semester onwards companies start visiting our college. The companies visited yet are:- Appperfect - it selected 6 students Securemeter Limited - it selected 12 students. Advaiya - it selected 7 students. There are many companies which will visit campus soon. Till now Appperfect has provided a package of 5.5 lpa. The average package is of 4 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is around 64. My plans are of higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the year 2014 & 2015, there was a huge scope for people in Computer Science Engineering. There were unlimted number of possibilities for a B.tech graduate at that time. This is why, I chose B.tech Computer Science course. The curriculum will help you to deal with the exams. If you are giving graduate level exams, you will be well guided for it by the faculty. There are no smart classes or good practicals examiner which we call lab technicians which causes everyone a havoc in the labs area. The midterms are the first monthly based exams that you'll need to give in order to pass your academics. After that, Practicals and then written exams.

Placement Experience:

IIIT Kota was initially running at the MNIT Jaipur which is under top 10 nits. IIIT Kota's placements faced a drastic decrement in placement percentage from 92% in 2021 to 74% in 2024, because the campus had shifted to kota in 2021. In 2023-2024 the number of offers was 140 and eligible students were 162, the higest package was of 65 lakh and avg was 13.09. Companies such as yamaha, jio, oyo, infosys, microsoft, samsung sds, amazon capegimini etc visits. Student not only dependent on on- campus, but should also be in touch of off-campanies, and in good approach with their senior. I will frequently keep applying for job interviews.

I applied to Thapar, IIIT Kota, IIIT Sonepat, IIIT Bhopal and BITS Pilani. Thapar has very large batch size so I did not chose it. IIIT Kota does not has a permanent campus so I rejected it, for IIIT Sonepat there has been a decrease in its value from previous decade so I rejected it. I got rejected from BITS Pilani due to low score in BITSAT. Admission process is good, only JEE Mains scores are considered and some Rajasthan Board toppers quota is there. I applied for amrita vishwa vidyapeetam coimbatore, VIT vellore and Lnmiit. I didn't get any rejection from any college. I applied for Jaypee college noida , Manipal University except lnmiit . I got confirmed admission in Jaypee . I chose lnmiit as it is ranked higher and also have a better reputation than those and is also tougher to get in . I didn't make it other colleges as my scores fell short .
