Likes

The coding culture of IIITDMJ is exceptional.
Sports clubs are vey good at their job especially cricket club
The campus placements are excellent as usual

Dislikes

There is no night life in campus after 11pm.
The curriculum is on slightly tough side
There is no non veg mess available in campus

Placement Experience:

from 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. top companies are atlasian, Amazon , Paytm, American express , meesho , Flipkart ,etc. the highest package on campus was 82 lpa by atlasian and off campus was 1.5 crore by mediatech. the average package is 18 lpa.

Likes

I liked the environment so much in the college
I like the curriculum so much in the college
I like bond between seniors in the college

I dislike the conditions of environment in my college
I dislike the message accomodation in the college
I dislike the facilities that provided in the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very good and they provide advanced level of curriculum and we can have descent placements in the college without any doubt and we can do anything in the college and seniors take ragging of us well

Here the weather and scenery here is good

Dislikes

The connectivity here to city is quite difficult ypu may have to take rickshaw for going to city

Course Curriculum Overview:

Acc. To me difficulty level of exams are not quite tough if you attend classes regularly or study well you can get a decent grade in each subject. And the course taught here is relevant for the real world applications.

Review of my college

Likes

I like the environment and the people the way they communicate
The way of teaching and the faculty the way they interact with students
The canteen and the classroom environment, the ground , the fests

Dislikes

The mess food is too bad and there is no non veg food to eat
The computer science courses are too occupied for students
The quizzes and the grading is too hard but any how we can manage

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course coz the placement here in this college is very high. The computer science courses are very overrated. Obviously computer courses are difficult to pass.. the strength of computer science course is upto 300 students

IIIT JABALPUR HOSTEL AND COLLEGE LIFE

Likes

The first i like most in the campus is that the discipline in the campus area and the total area much larger to walk and to get stress free and the greenery in the college is very much beautiful in summer.
The sports facility is given for students is very good there are 8 sports clubs present for the students
Reading and studying areas for students is very good

Dislikes

The mess food is not that much better but still its okk
The accommodation facilities are not that much better for 1st and 2nd year students
The internet facilities is not that much good because in hostel are mobile internet doesn't work

In our campus students are eligible for campus placement is in 7th semester and no of companies were visited in last year is around 250+ so our highest package is 82 lakh and average package is 22 lakh and for cse students average package is more than the average package of all the branches and there is 100% placement for CSE students

Truth of my college

Likes

Seniors are very good and supportive who helps us in every path of our college life
Campus is very beautiful spread in full of greenery around us
Good sports facilities and Jim khana is available

Dislikes

Professors are not much supportive and they are very strict
Leopard and snakes are frequently seen inside the campus
Mess food quality is not very good in taste

Placement Experience:

This year we don't have very good placements in our college but still our average package of computer science is around 21 lpa This year one of the student secured package of 1.22 Cr per annum from ECE branch in cyber security

Likes

The campus is nice and there is greenery everywhere.
The classroom are well maintained and good
There is computer center and library where you can study.

Dislikes

In night after 10:30 entry is not allowed.
The mess food is not good all time and have no evening snacks.
In hostels sometime there is problem in lan .

Seventh semester students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies visit the campus like Amazon, Mitra, Mahindra, Mesho, Relience, IBM and etc. Maximum students get placed. Some students goes for higher education and some goes to government jobs also.

Useful Review

Likes

I liked the sports facilities, the social clubs.
I also liked the annual fest held this year.
I also like the placements provides to the students.

Dislikes

I did like the study curriculum which is little bit tough.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements on our campus are very nice. Last year average package from all branches was recorded as 23 lpa and the average package of CSE stood at 27 lpa. However, the college does not provide good internship opportunities.

Experience at IIITDM Jabalpur

Likes

The campus is beautifull and there is a lot of greenery everywhere

Dislikes

There is problem of LAN not working properly in our hostels
There are powercut sometimes in our college

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for internship placements in the Third year and for final placements in their final year, Many big companies visit our campus like Amazon, Deloitte, etc. The highest package this year is 1.2CR by a senior in the cybersecurity field, almost all the students get placed in our college.

Internship the Way you get Placed

Likes

People here are good even the freshers and my batchmates
Clubs, Seniors teach everything even if you don't have prior experience
Greenery cause its 15 km away from main city and we can mostly see jungle trees

Dislikes

Mess food, Sometimes the food sucks so much I have to throw ot amd eat something in canteen
The academic building is so far we have to walk like hell to reach on time
