Seniors are very good and supportive who helps us in every path of our college life
Campus is very beautiful spread in full of greenery around us
Good sports facilities and Jim khana is available

Dislikes

Professors are not much supportive and they are very strict
Leopard and snakes are frequently seen inside the campus
Mess food quality is not very good in taste

Course Curriculum Overview

All the faculty members in IIITDMJ are highly qualified by some teachers are not giving there best for explaining us topics. Mechanical engineering cource in IIITDMJ has less future scope as compared to other IT sector jobs Here there is less exposure for mechanical engineering students

Internships Opportunities

There is vast internship opportunity available in my college . Every domain of our college provides internship in top companies only if student also put there excellent efforts on there skills and projects.

Placement Experience

This year we don't have very good placements in our college but still our average package of computer science is around 21 lpa This year one of the student secured package of 1.22 Cr per annum from ECE branch in cyber security

Fees and Financial Aid

There is moderate fees structure as compared to other iiits Here semester fees is around 90000 per semester+ 15000 mess fees per semester So all together it costs around 9 to 10 lacks for person to complete his btech degrees from iiit jabalpur

Campus Life

Campus Life his bit hactic as we have four exams in our single semester Quiz 1, Quiz 2, Middle semester exam and end semester exam. But beside these exams we have many more extra carrricular activities and sports which helps us to refresh our mind

Hostel Facilities

In first semester there is there seater rooms provided in our hostels. These rooms are quite big in size as compared to hostels of other colleges. These rooms are well furnished which provides us fan ,student table ,chair, almira bed for each of these room mates.

Hostel Fee: INR 15000 per year

Admission

I took addmission in Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing Jabalpur through jee mains enterence exam. I have secured 94.68 percentile in jee mains. And took admission in Mechanical engineering branch through CSAB councelling

Average placements, Good infrastructure and Good placements

Placement Experience:

I think for 7th and 8th semister students are eligible for the campus placements. The companies like tcs, Amazon, Capgemini, D mart and etc and some other companies. The highest package is about 8 lacs and the lowest package around 2 lacs. The good number of students are placed in the college and like 20 to 40 percentage students have placed in college placements. After getting this degree I will try for a job or I will go for master's.

Life at OIST, Bhopal

Placement Experience:

In our college, placements take place in the final year of the course. By 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The placement opportunities are quite decent, an average package consists of 5 - 6 LPA every year. Several companies visit our campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco, etc. Now, startups also started to visit for placements. Highest package has been 72 LPA, and every year in off campus as well, many students achieve high package like 8 - 12 LPA. Nearly 70% of students gets placed, also some students has other plans for their future. About me, I think of going for placements in my final year for which I have started preparation.

Excellent college and unbeatable placement

Placement Experience:

After 10th semester the student are available for campus placement Cap Gemini kpit Amazon apple and Google and many other companies are visited in my call is the average package of my college is 6 lakh and the highest package of my colleges 50 lakh about 17% students are getting of placement plan in the student a job is in the Google company average salary from reviews include that the average salary can be low despite Google placement are management of few reviews point out that the management is not always a student focused and from spectrum of the colleges operations could be improved college provider placement as compared to other colleges but college management are not good our very helpful for our students our colleges are very good and and facilities of placement but our colleges are not available in pure water in and drink not available in not available drinking water

College placement are good as compared to other colleges because in recession time only tit college provides placement for our students so college placement are better but if you are hardworking man or women so your package is better so if you take good package so start hardwork or discipline in college academic. This college average package is also better than other colleges like lnct, oriental because this college average package is something 4 to 5lpa and highest package is something 50 lpa. And also very good companies visit our college like TCS, Capgemini,Hcl ,Sap etc and also advantage of college because this college tie up with Capgemini or kpit companies

Placement Experience:

In this college students become eligible from five or six sem to sit in campus placement, companies like TCS , capgemini ,etc. regularly come to our college , The average package of our college is good enough as per the private colleges it is 4 to 6 lakhs per year which is good for freshers

My journey through Engineering and Campus Life

Placement Experience:

The placements are good and offer strong opportunities for both full time roles and internships. Students are eligible for placements from 2nd year. Most companies approach from 3rd year. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements, inluding D.E Shaw, Goldmann Sachs, Flipkart, Meesho, Accenture. Many people are placed from college from cse, ece from other branches its quite less. Overall the placement ecosystem is highly supportive and prepares students for their professional careers.

Life as a Student of IIITDM Jabalpur

I wanted a National college which should be government, according to my rank in JEE Mains I was getting other Nits and iiits and also some state government colleges but i preferred this because it is in my home city jabalpur No i didn't got any rejections i applied to because this college was my fiest priority and according to my interest. According to your JEE mains rank when you are selected in this college by Jossa/Csab counselling Online physical reporting is done first then within 10-15 days you have to physically report to the college, after it you are alloted your respective hostel to live and from next week classes get started My overall admission experience was really very good, it was my dream college You have to achieve rank under 1.5 lakhs to get admission here if you are from obc category For general category you have to achieve rank under 70000 to come here For sc/st candidates you have to achieve rank under 2 lakhs to come to this college as per previous year cutoff...Read More
