Candidates who have successfully cleared all the years in a three-year Diploma in the department of computer science, examination conducted by the board of Technical Education, Government of Karnataka, will be eligible to get admission into the first year of BCA.
Candidates who successfully cleared the two-year Pre-University examination (12th board exam) in science or commerce, will be eligible to get admission into the first year of BCA.

PES University BCA Course Details

The 3-year BCA program curriculum offers a wide range of subjects, right from English and regional languages to high-level technical languages. The syllabus includes perspective-building and an industry-oriented approach.
The first and the second semester comprises 24 credits for theory courses with 3 credits for a single lab course.
The third, fourth and fifth semester comprises 20 credits for theory courses with 6 credits for two lab courses.
The sixth semester has 16 credits for theory and 6 credits for lab courses.

The Training and Placement centre takes up a number of initiatives like industrial training, campus drive talks for their final year BCA students.

The Training and Placement Cell of the College had organized a Campus recruitment drive by M/S KGP Co- BlueStream Professional Services India Private Limited, M/S Genpact Company, Qspiders Company.
Interested students need to get registered and mandatorily appear for all the training programs organized by the Training and placement cell. Non-participation in placement activities will keep them out of placement activities.
