Faculty:

The faculty student ratio in my MCA course was good, and most staff were easy to reach for doubts. The link with students was smooth and they guided us well in labs and project work. The course plan was clear with the theory, lab, and project parts that helped in real use. The exam pattern had internals, labs, and end term tests. The making plan was fair and most students passed without much stress. The full course content was useful and linked well with job needs.

The faculties are easy to approach and approx faculty to student ratio stands at 40 students per faculty. You get to attend two ISAs (In semester examinations ) weighted roughly 30-40% of the overall score and a End semester examination weighted for 50% of the overall score. the other 10-20% varies from projects , labs in some courses to hackathons in some courses.

Faculty:

The faculty members are too good. They are friendly and approachable. They are always ready to help the students regarding all matters. They teach all the topics in a fun way making the concept easy to understand. I personally love the faculty here in PESU. Ofcourse they are strict regarding attendance, punctuality etc but as long as we adhere to the rules there won't be any problem. There are 3 exams per semester as of now. Two in semister exam (ISA) and one end semester exam (ESA). The ISA are purely computer based exam and ESA are Hybrid exams.

The faculty here are good. They do spend time with the students making sure that they not only complete the syllabus but also help students understand. For each group of around 20 students, a faculty is assigned to be their mentor. Mentors keep check on every student, what the student's monthly goal is, how are they doing, academically and mentally. We have 2 internals and 1 end sem exams every semester. The internals are MCQ based, while the end sems are descriptive. They are moderate to a little bit sided towards hard.

Even thought we slept over some lectures. Every doubt is cleared all effprts are put from their side to support us. Even our HOD Dr rupa has given us supprt with guidance and best tips to do anything that we requested. The marking criteria 50-50 (internal to external ratio) Each paper out of 100 divided into 1. worksheet each paper had 10 worksheets which carried 10 marks each and was readuced to 1 each so first 10 marks of internal 2.Next we had case studies 5 for each subject which again carried 10 marks each divided to 2 marks each nect 10 marks of the internals 3. Next we had to do a research paper for each subject in every sem that carried 10 marks . Next 10 marks for the internals 4.The exam structure. We had two internal assessments which was on CPT mode mostlyMCQs. Which carried 20 marrks from the internals. 5. The final assessments called ESA. Which was written for 100 marks and accounted out of 50 Which all together adds to the marks of 100 10+10+10+20+50
