An honest 1st year review

Likes

I really liked the ambience and nature of our faculty members towards the students. They really help us on many aspects in our studies. There teaching methods, knowledge about respective subjects are overwhelming.
The college has regular industry talks and visits where people from various walks of life come and share their experience with us which eventually benefits us. There are several alumni talks which teach us how to prepare for placements.
The infrastructure of the college is good, condition of our classroom is very nice. It has projector,acs desktops and many more. The sex ratio of the institution is also good as it almost 50-50.

Placement Experience:

The placement record of my college for the past few years is good. Almost 20+ companies come every year for placements and there offers are also quite nice being a fresher. Our preparation for the placements start from the 3rd year.

Experience as an FRESHER in IEM

Likes

First thing which like is the infrastructure and the environment.
Second thing which I like the most the helping and Cooperative nature of the faculty members.
Thirdly thing which I like the most is the discipline that they follow to make each and every student deserving to work in a co - operate field.

Dislikes

First thing that I dislike is the arranging of any events on Saturdays and Sundays.
Second thing that I dislike is that getting in college within 09:15 a.m where as the clg starts from 09:30 a.m
Third thing that I dislike is that they provide bus but that must in all routes rather than providing in only one route.

Placement Experience:

Last semester that is the 1st semester of 4th year make the students eligible for campus placements. Companies that visit our college are DELOITTE, AMAZON, SAP LABS, FEDERAL BANK, ADOBE, TCS, COGNIZANT, CAPGEMINI, WIPRO, INFOSYS, IBM. Highest package is of the SAP LABS, FEDERAL BANK AND DELOITTE. They offer packagr above 5 LPA. More than 85% of the students get placed from the campus placement. Plans after getting the degrees is ofc getting a good LPA job from campus placement.

Techno International New Town In a Glance

Likes

A variety of Extra curriculum to choose from which gives a relief from the hectic studies
The campus is big and has a basketball ground as well. The new building is well equipted with mordern and neat environment
The teachers teach well and both the teacher and the seniors are friendly. The college has 3 cafeterias which are pretty affordable

Dislikes

The computer labs are a bit clumpsy and even though it does the job but a more mordern and neat lab is expected for the money we're paying
The campus although big has a lot of pot holes which fill up during rain and drench our shoes
The new building is still under construction and hence there is no lift facility as of now

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester students are eligible to apply for placements. Wipro, infosys and amazon are some of the renowned companies which recruit employees from this college. 85%of students gets placements. I plan to work in any of the above mentioned companies

Average college experience of a student

Likes

The professor and teachers and really good and helpful
There are lot of activities and functions in which you can participate
The campus is also not bad plus there will be intership from time to time which will help you grow

In this generation where technology is everything going with bca was definately a wonderful choice in helps me prepare for real life problems and if students study seriously they will be job ready overall it's a good course

In my college, every environment day, students and teachers planted plants.
Here, different different types of functions happen.
Every teacher teaches theory paper well, and tere behavior is also good .

Dislikes

They don't provide more lab facilities which need more for us.
In exam paper, university backlog student paper that they can gain money.
Here, because of so much function, classes delay.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my opinion, I'll give 3 rates of the course curriculum because what our course they don't provide that including internship. If they don't provide this course well , we can learn from YouTube, but we need internship most.

Infrastructure and ambience of the college and it's classess
Opportunities to learn and explore new fields

Dislikes

Few teachers give negative feedback to students
Food is a bit costly of the cafe it can be reduced

The college give assignment every one (CA) which includes of presentation report writing written exams and mcqs( which is provided by the university) this helps the students to grow and know deeper about the field their studing in. It also helps in future use and makes us ready for the future

Review of JIS college of engineering

Likes

I liked the infrastructure of this college.It is good looking
Hostel is also good in infrastructure I like it
The teaching staffs are very kind and supportive

Dislikes

The food is not satisfactory some times it's bad in taste
Classes are irregular sometimes else is good
Water in the hostel is not clean it is unhygienic

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is good in itself but sometimes teachers fail to make us understand things and we have to learn it ourselves from YouTube, Google of somewhere else. The syllabus never gets completed on time so you have to study by yourselves only.

Review for Ciem college

Likes

Main college campus is very big and it has ground of it self
Seniors are very cooperative and there is no ragging in college
Many companies come to visit campus and they educate us about industries and business world.

Dislikes

Classes should also need to be improved and in some classes AC is not there and classes needs to be more attractive and interesting for studies
In summer AC should be compulsory for ever class

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements and in our college placement will be given. Companies like Wipro and Infosys have given offers to many students. 400000 LPA is offer in our college. 50 percentage of students get offers My plane after getting the degree is to go off the campus and in some other state of college for master's.

A Good-Bad College Experience.

Likes

Discipline was the most effective thing .
Strictness in the college brought safety and security.
No chance of ragging or any mischievous activity to hamper anybody.

Dislikes

Not allowing late comers for being 2-5 min late when they have travelled 2 hr to come to college.
No sympathetic feelings, love and a linient way of speaking for students.
No canteen , no optional lectures to attend , no allowance of leaving the college before 4 pm.

Placement Experience:

We started preparing for our placements from semester 4. And the preperation kept on increasing with each semester. The companies like SAP, Accenture, Deloitte, TCS started visiting from 5th semester. Their average package varied between 4-5 LPA. If 100 students sit for placement, then approx 85% are placed. That is the biggest flex of the college. We all were placed too.

Likes

The programs they arranged all together for everyone and the happy way everyone do things like there home and the lovely faculties, they also participate in everything.
The teachers teaches us so nicely and they teach us repeatedly when we don't understand some things
The placement is good they prepare everyone for the placement part and they are very friendly with us and that is the plus point .

Dislikes

There's not that much of things that i dislike .
A strict rule to not say any personal things
And the attitude of the seniors that need to be changed

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for placement. TCS , WIPRO , AMAZON and many others. TCS offer 25000 starting, wipro offers 250000 yearly starting. Percentage of getting placement is 70% . Getting a placement and a job.
