- Aap professors are very good and take know about the subject in detail and the love their subjects and teach us how to love the subject
- Jadavpur university has a strong track record of campus placements, with many students securing promising job opportunities in leading companies across various industries.
- The eligibility of the course for electronics and telecommunication engineering is you have to get a good marks and rank in wbjee exam, our department is second best after cse is the best department in our college
Dislikes
- Quality of faculty is not very good as the salaries are low. the flawed fees structure causes the university to be dependent on government funds and lack autonomy.
- The thing which i disliked is the level of difficulty in our syllabus..it's a bit tough.
- The infrastructure of the class and labs are not good due to lack of funds and skilled personnel at all levels.

Yes perfect college and also my dream collegeVery much feasable.it's just 11k on 2 years.even a child who have come from a poor family can afford it.also it had tmw quote which can increase this fees by a noticeable percentage.so from my side it's a thumbs up

Firstly, i gave the wbjee entrance exam which mostly held on last week of may. I got 3423 rank in wbjee. Firstly in counselling i got B. pharma, but after 2 weeks again decentralised counselling held and i changed my branch from B. Pharma to printing Engineering.

The negative is its hostels they are pretty low quality the food quality is good and there is many options for veg as well as non vegs the location is popular in Kolkata and as well as and there were many more pg options near college

JU is the best state college in West Bengal. Along with your career it allows to persuade your hobbies as well. I was part of the student body FETSU which looks after the students' interest and sits in a discussion with authority to decide the policy best for the students. In short, JU made me a complete person that I am today.

Remarks:
Now only negative feedback about the college is its infrastructure ,founded in 1905 it certainly possesses the same kind of infrastructure that it earlier had.
Various kinds of reforms are required to be there which are happening but little slowly as fund from the central government is 0 and it runs from the fund only provided by the state government which is itself not very big but a little improvement is seen and more improvement is required to be there.

Good in every field. But the things which I don't like is that is politics. Politics in every field. Good environment, if you want to learn something definitely a good place to learn. It will help you to learn different things like a photography music band football basketball handball etc.,

Jadavpur University has the best social life.. best faculties..one of the best placements and job opportunities..one of the strongest alumni network..in short.. it's the best place to explore life.. even some are in the University for the last 25 yrs.. they did their BE from the University..then they did their ME and PhD also from the same University and now they have become teachers in the same University.. So this is bond of the students with Jadavpur University..

The campus environment is awesome and the teaching methodologies are awesome, but for non-Bengali students who cannot cope up with the Bengali culture prevailing in the campus, it may be a bit difficult.

THERE IS A COUNSELLING PROCESS IN WHICH ALL APPLICANTS HAD TO APPLY WHICH STARTS FROM LAST WEEK OF JUNE TILL MID JULY FOLLOWED BY A MOPUP ROUND AND ONLY THOSE ARE APPLICABLE WHO HAD APPLIED IN COUNSELLING PROCESS WHICH HELD IN 2 LAST WEEK OF JULY AND LASTLY FOR JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY A SPECIAL ROUND WAS CONDUCTED TO FILL UP THE SEATS
