The campus placement here is very good. We observed our seniors getting very good placements with high packages . The average CTC is around 11 LPA and for CSE it is around 24 LPA. In Jadavpur University around 95 percentage of students get placement offers also others go for higher studies.

Students are allowed to get internship from 5th semester and generally the placement starts from 6 th semester end . The top recruiters of Jadavpur University in placements 2023 were Google, Microsoft, Texas Industries, Samsung, etc. Apart from this, according to Jadavpur University Engineering NIRF report 2023, the median package offered during Jadavpur University BTech and MTech placements 2022 stood at INR 10 LPA and INR 9.10 LPA. Jadavpur University Placements 2023 is concluded with 1200 offers. More than 1000 students were placed. Jadavpur University highest package stood at INR 85 LPA. 35 offers ranged between INR 45 LPA & INR 80 LPA whereas 100+ offers ranged between INR 35 LPA & INR 45 LPA. Some of the top recruiters of Jadavpur University Placements 2023 included Schrodinger, Google, Microsoft, DE Shaw India, Citi Bank, HSBC etc.

From the start of 3rd year, students start getting internships and by the end of 3rd year, they get placed somewhere or the other. JU provides immense opportunities for placement and almost everyone gets placed and many get high-paying offers too.

Many eminent companies come to our campus for placement like Amazon, Samsung, Goldman Sachs, Capgemini, Polestar, Flipkart, Airbus, Royal Enfield, Godrej, Crompton etc. They selected many students from different engineering departments. The percentage of average students getting placements is very high in JU. Anyone can easily find the placement record of JU on the internet. I want to join a tech company.

Students are eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Students can sit for internships from the 5th semester. Companies like Google, Amazon, DE Shaw, Deutche Bank, Slice, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, Accenture, PwC, ITC, Samsung, Salesforce, Razorpay, Flipkart, Atlassian, etc. are prominent recruiters. More than 150 companies came for placements and more than 1450 offers were made. The highest CTC was 1.8crPA by Meta for the role of SDE and the average package was 12.8 LPA. More than 90% of students who registered for placements got placed. I plan to have a job after getting my degree and maybe pursue higher education later on.

U will get eligibility from 1st year and can avail semester from 2nd semester. Many companies like Facebook, amazon, Microsoft, and google visited this year. The highest package offered was 1.8 CPA and 10.2 LPA an average. In IT 100% of students are placed. I want to be a software engineer after my degree.

The placement of CSE is quite good at Jadavpur University and it s 100% almost every year. Many companies come to the campus for recruiting students such as Google, Amazon, PWC, IBM, etc. Every year students apply for a placement at the start of their fourth year. These companies also offered students internship opportunities at the start of the third year. Almost 50-60 software companies visit every year and offer full-time employment to students. Many students also give different exams like the gate and GRE for higher studies. I also appear for Gate and got a very good rank there. Almost every year, Many students score very well rank in the Gate exam of the respective domain of their study. I plan to do higher study after the BE degree.

The placements in CSE are very good with almost 100 percent placement and most companies like Google, Amazon, etc hire from JU. Students sit for on-campus placements in their third or fourth year generally and the average package lies between 20 to 25 LPA for CSE.

From the 6th semester students become eligible for the campus placements. Mostly all the popular companies visit our campus and offer many packages. Companies like google, microsoft and amazon are popular during the placement season. Highest package is around 1.8 Crore offered my Meta and the average package in our department is around 30lpa. According to the previous year data almost 100% students were placed in the previous placement session. My future plan is to join a MNC after completing my B.E. degree at SDE post.

Students are usually allowed to sit for placements from the beginning of the 7th semester. Students from CSE bag placements at almost all of the FAANG companies, while some even get placed in very high-paying startups. International offers, too, are very common. The highest packages, when converted into Indian currency and the PPP not accounted for, are usually in the range of 1 to 1.25crs per annum. The average placement is around 20 to 25 LPA. Everyone who decides to sit for placements gets placed here in JU BCSE, though a sizeable number decide to opt for higher studies and/or research.
