Course Curriculum Overview:
I'm from computer science engineering branch ,I chose this course because of my intrest in this field , The curriculum is nicely prepared and the teachers are also very nice ,some of our faculty is well recognised around the world and our placement for this course is also the proof of our excellency . Though it's not complete and there's also of area of improvement , according to me The students should be taught the practical use of this course to make them industry ready . Exams timings are good and we get enough time to prepare for our exams .

- Infrastructure and facilities are quite good and impressive with around 380 acres of campus.
- Senior are very responsive and respect and there is no ragging like things.
Dislikes
- Boys and the girls ratio is very low.Around 500 girls and 3000 boys.
- College is situated 20km from main city. So there's no city life. But you can get daily basis things in the campus.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Obviously Btech for going in technological field. In first year they thought all subject and lab and workshop. And after they teach department wise subject. They have available facilities for real life application learning.

- The weather here is unpredictable.and whatever weather it is ,it's always going t be the extreme
- The location of the nit is a way from city.here things are not available frequently.
Placement Experience:
The placement in NIT Agartala is quite good many of the companies including Amazon Google Microsoft lotion visit sales like a students are eligible for the internship in the second year as well like in 2nd year they will be getting Google step internet and as soon as the reaches in their 5th semester they will be eligible for getting into a internship drive of the MNC that will be arriving in the campus and the placement it will be starting in the 4th year that will be in 7 semester in the starting of the force civil semester the MNC is including Google and all will be coming. Here the placement percentage is 80% in our campus. The companies that has frequently visited here are Google Microsoft Amazon atlasian phone pe paypal Cisco uipath.

- NIT Agartala organizes various cultural and technical events including AAYAM (technical fest) and MOKSHA(cultural fest) which helps students with opportunities to showcase their talent and interact with students of other institutions.
- NIT Agartala has a beautiful campus spread over an area of approximately 365 acres, providing ample space for laboratories, hostels, health centre, cafeteria, etc. It is surrounded by plants and trees which helps you connect with the environment.
Dislikes
- Climate conditions is hot and humid in NIT Agartala for the major part of the year which is uncomfortable for many of the students.
- There is an occasional issues with network and internet connectivity, which is very important for academic and research activities. Also student are provided with limited 2 GB internet data per day which is usually not sufficient for students.
Placement Experience:
The student become eligible for campus placement after sixth semester. Gennerally, students who maintained their cgpa above 7.5 gets placed. There were many companies which visited for placements. Software firms such as Oracle, Nvidia, Paypal, Seimens, Paytm, Rapido, Mathworks, Dell, Qualcomm, Chargebee, etc. Core manufacturing companies such as Vedanta oil and gas, Dalmia, Maruti suzuki, CEAT tyres, Ashok Leyland, etc. The percentage rate of placement is around 85%. The highest package is INR 52 LPA offered to CSE and EE branch students. Also Oracle offered placements to around 20 students with CTC of INR 35 LPA. Average package of CSE if INR 14.5 LPA whereas for ECE, it is INR 13.84 LPA. After getting the degree, my plan is to get good placement from the college where i can get good work experience and also i am planning to do masters from IIt for which i will prepare for gate examination.

there is 60-70% placement. This year CSE & ECE students got 60% placement and EIE & EE got 90% placement, Mechanical, Production, Chemical got 70-80% placement and civil got 50% placement. The placement status is average.

- There is an amazing sports complex in our campus. It's one of the largest sports area available in India.
- The newly built hostel named R. N. T is awesome and fabulous. It even has a lift in it.
Dislikes
- Connectivity issue is very bad here. It's one of the major flaw here.
- Weather is also not very well. As there very high concentration of humidity in the air.
Placement Experience:
The placement scenario of our college is very good. Many companies like GOOGLE, FACEBOOK, TCS , INFOSYS, ORACLE, WIPRO, L&T, TATA, etc visit here offer good placements. The placement percentage for CSE AND ECE is almost 95% .

The placements in my college has been quite good in recent years after the introduction of the new curriculum and an excellent faculty. Students are elligible for placements from the 6th semester and upto the end of the 8th semester. Many influential companies including Amazon,Microsoft,Cognizant,FoodPanda,etc. among many others have recruited students from NIT Agartala.

- The institute has all basic infrastructural facilities.It has well qualified and experienced faculty members.
- NIT Agartala has very clean and safe environment.The climate of the institute is moderate.
Dislikes
- The WI-Fi facility in Hostel is limited which is 2GB/day.
- The Institute has not canteen facility available at night which I don't like.
Placement Experience:
The Placement Seasons begins in the month of July and goes up till June to following year.From 7th Semester students are eligible for campus placements. Interested and eligible students have to register with Training and Placement Cell of the Institute for showing their willingness to appear in recruitment process. The percentage of students nearly placed is 70-80%. The higest package is 52 lpa and average package is 7-8 lpa. Many companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Oracle,Texas Instruments,Paytm ,Phonepe, Qualcomm,Nokia and many more good companies come and give a very good offer to students. My plan is s to get a good package and work with an good organisation where I can enhance my career.

the course helped me to understand computer science in depth, like how computers work to what are the various functions it can do and so on. The course helped me to understanding programming which can be used to solve real life problems very easily.
