Course Curriculum Overview
Course is outdated as compared to many engineering colleges college is trying to interduse many electives to cope up with this. Difficulty level of exams is midum. You can start studying 1day before exams
Placement Experience
There is placement support by placement cell you have option of choosing 1normal company If get normal tire then you can only participate in standed tire. If you get standed tire company normal will be cancelled. There is dream tire if you get placed in that tire your placement will be marked as done you can't participate in further companys
Fees and Financial Aid
1.5lpa No tution fee for pwd, sc, st For genral tution fee is around 70k It might increase upto 500 rs Hostel+mess = 27000 The expencess are low There is tution fee is waved if your anual income is less than 1lack 1-5lacks 66? tution fee waver All government of India reservations and scolership are available i am not aware as my income is above 8lacks
Campus Life
I am involved in clubs and sociteys temporarily but i like travling and coding beeing in north east i traveled sikim, meghalaya and tripura. I like to do batmenton, gym in sports Complex. There are many clubs like dance, literature, coding, etc
Hostel Facilities
There are 2boys hostels each has 7-8 blocks. Rnt is new hostel which is really good with modren facilities Aryabatta is old but you can vibe out there as well hostels are very well maintained you can have fun once you join
Admission
My jee main rank is around 20k in general catogery. I got many iiits like pune, sonipat, bit mishra it, iist shibpur it, etc But i took help of my brother who is studing at nit agartala cse he guided me to join it. You can choose good nits by leaving cse but cse is my first preference
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is good compared to many praivate collages. Each students get faculties contact easily. There are many good faculty and some are too strict. Each sem has mid and end sem along with class test and quizes in bitween
Night Life
There is gym, cafatarias, library, etc. Girls have in time of 8pm at present before it used to be 6pm ensuring safty. College area is really safe i have not faced any problem in this 3.5 years You can hang out and enjoy a lot
