Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is well designed as per the National guidelines and they are enough to put technical knowledge to students as per industry and research standards. The only problem with curriculum, not only with our institute but with all other institutes is, itis a bit outdated as per the present day scenario.
Internships Opportunities
The internships are training oportunities play a acrucual part in making a students industry ready, and lickily our institute has an internship cell, for its students to consult and also helps you get internships and industry trainings.
Placement Experience
Every year placements happen and about 80 percent of the total students of the institute get placed in various dream tier and other companies with good packages. The packages depend on year to year, more specifically on hiring trends. I still did not make a decision for my post degree plans.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is divided in semesters. Per semester you get to pay around 70000 INR if you belong to the general category and if you belong to ST/SC category, your tuition fee is exempted. However everyone has to pay around INR 5000 as other fees. The institution has a scholarship cell through which you can apply for various governmental and non governmental scholarships.
Campus Life
Every year two fests, the cultural and technical fest take place in the campus and those are of great fun. There is a central library in the campus and it holds a great collection of technical and non technical books. Sports facilities are there in the campus and also various sports events are organised.
Hostel Facilities
The campus has two hostels for boys and one hostel for girls and they are enough to hold all the students, spanning all the courses and batches. The affordability is moderate and you get to avail for hostels at the time of your admission. PGs are not that common near the campus but a few are there.
Admission
I only appeared for JEE and luckily got this Institution. The main reason behind choosing this college is it is an Institution of National importance and this institute has great faculties. To get into this institute, you have to appear for JEE mains exam and score a considerable score there.
Faculty
Every department has a considerable number of faculties, experts in their own domains and there are sufficient to provide quality education in an institute of National Importance. Every faculty tries to impart the best of their knowledge to the students and they all have been good. There are 2 exams per semester.
Night Life
The nightlife is a bit low in this campus because there are no all night canteens and also, the sports and gym facilities do not stay up for the entire night. The hostel in times vary time to time. The campus is in a safe bounded feature so there is no threat from outer peripherals.
