VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placements will take place in the main campus I.e Vellore. In 2024 there were 867 companies that visited. Highest CTC 88LPA and average CTC was 9.9LPA. There were a total of 8k offers. The good thing about this college is we will easily get placed in any IT companies. But getting a core job is quite difficult. The regulars are TCS, Cognizant, Nokia, Shell, Intel, PayPal etc. Specfic training's will be provided for all the procedures to be followed during placements. I am planning on doing my masters in aerospace engineering abroad.

the vcoourse curiiculum is good and the staffs take classes good . the couse is good . the course took by staffs will explain dewatailing about tiopics . very good staffs are taken and curriculum keeps mant test

First I liked to get computer science in btech engineering but I don't get it .seats get filled in this college of computer science in btech. Then I applied for mechanical engineering and I get it easily

Basically I am in 2nd year now. Students are eligible for placement in their/ after 6th sem. This year around 3000 companies visited and almost 1950 students got their dream job(package above 10lpa). I planned to do mtech or mba after my graduation.

There are good number of placements takes place every as per stats they are saying 90% of people got placed last year and this academic year 2024-25 already 55% of members got placed with the average package of 6-7 lakhs.These are some of the companies that come FOXCON,IBM,TCS,BATON and etc

i paied 50,000 per year , the tuition fee is 50000, the registration fee is 4200 developments fee is 5000 the are provide diffrent different fee stratures for different different caterogy students forsc\st students the fee is 28000 included all the fee slabs

From 3rd year ending or 4th year starting they will placements in which most of students Going to place but there will hiring of large company and even hiring or bulk like tcs deliote and Wipro mass placements take place

On the basis of past year limca book of world record data and the review from the seniors, Vit never fails in giving placements. In every field let it be computer or mechanical or whatever it is Vit never fails in offering placements as it is also tied up with big industrial companies like Volvo, rane nsk and many more

Some courses are useful for career such as english and sts which are useful in our work environment but there are some courses which is not useful like the math lab course which is of no use and just for learning purpose

The highest package offered was ?1.02 crore per annum by a global recruiter, while the average package for core placements ranged between ?6-7 LPA, with Super Dream offers exceeding ?25 LPA and Dream offers ranging from ?10-15 LPA. Around 90% of eligible students get placed, with profiles offered in software development, consulting, analytics, and core engineering. After completing the degree, students often pursue roles in top companies, higher studies, or entrepreneurial ventures.
