I choosed this course because It has good placement guarantee. Students are normal . If you study hardly you will get the placement also during 3rd year. Also exams are also nice u should have cleared basis and some tricky things to be remembered
The course curriculum of this university is relevant. I choose this course because I have an interest in Business Administration. Course Curriculum of this university provides good theoretical as well as practical knowledge to the students. Faculty Student ratio in this university is 1:60. All faculty members are well qualified and their teaching method is also good. Most of the teachers have completed their PhD. All teachers are very much supportive. Exams were held 3 times in each semester, first, there was Mid Term Test-1, then Mid Term Test-2, then final exams will be conducted. If you attend all the lectures carefully and study well, then you can easily pass all the exams with good marks. The overall course curriculum was good and it helps the students to be industry-ready.
I chose MBA because after pursuing a master degree you get a placement with a higher package than your bachelor degree. There is a use number of faculties available in our college the ratio of faculty is to the student is 1 is to 45 approximately. This is where very educated in their respective subjects which they teach. Student gets the opportunity to give feedback to teachers and their teaching techniques. There is a system of prime minister and the label to pass the exam is moderate as per my personal opinion.
I choose mba after betech because suddenly I develop interest in investment and financial markets.so I took same as my specialization. The faculty were highly presentable and knowledgeable. There in one mentor for everyone to assist them personally. There is a system of trimester for mba whose level is moderate to clear.
The placements are awesome. There are plenty of bug companies visiting our campus like amazon, hul, Aditya birla, dtdc, Capgemini, Deloitte, Wipro, etc. The highest package here is 21 lakh.. 4 of the student get this opportunity
I choose this course because of hons. Teachers were good exaplainig the things in a good manner. In my class there is only 14 students and the interaction is proper with teachers. Exam is quite difficult...but the content is already discussed with us.
It was very difficult because we have to give exam in proctored AI and then we can't cheat easily... we've to do more work for it. It is very difficult exam and easy at the same time... based on your knowledge.
Campus do offer direct placement in each and every course. There an eligibility criteria for sitting into placement drives. I.e counted under CGPA and other circular activities offer by LPU. The coming companies do offer very good packages.
Mostly 3rd semester for MBAs we started getting offers. There were multiple companies such as THINK and LEARN, Axis Bank HDFC bank federal Bank etc some companies used to hire more than 100 some came for 5 or some came for 20 depends upon the companies. I was offered packages of 10 lakhs from the federal bank and the lowest was around 3.5 lakhs. Almost 100 percent of students who want to get placements got placed. I won't go for UPSC exams so I am studying for it.
Do you think the data is wrong ? Report Here
I completed BTech CSE from LPU back in 2016. You might say that LPU has changed since then, but I am still in touch with my juniors and here is my experience:
I am a BTech Mechanical graduate from LPU. Here is an honest review on the placement scenario at LPU (in engineering)-
The placement scenario is poor for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. Few companies visit these departments for placements, and hire a maximum of 5-10 students in total. But if someone knows basic coding, they can sit for IT placements.
Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, etc. visit the CSE/IT departments for mass hiring. Very few core companies visit the ECE department for recruitments, so the students rely on IT companies. A mere 40/50 out of 1000 ECE students get hired by an Electronics company from the campus. The IT companies mass hire students at a CTC of around 3.5 LPA.
This is the engineering placement scenario at LPU.
Being a graduate from LPU, I found the campus life quite joyful as everyone in the university is supportive. I liked the following things about the University:
