What is the fees for B.Tech Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering at LPU?

LPU is well renowned for its flagship B.Tech courses. It offers various Engineering specialisations including Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering.The fees for each semester for B.Tech in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering is INR 1,40,000. They are also exposed to testing prototypes and assembling aircraft parts like airframes and wings. For admission to the BTech aerospace engineering program at LPU, you have to clear the LPUNEST entrance exam or CUET or JEE Main exam. As you have already qualified LPUNEST, you should check whether you are eligible for the course. The general eligibility criteria are 60% marks in class 12 with physics, maths, chemistry and English as main subjects. With LPUNEST cleared, you should also opt for the scholarship. You can get up to 48% off on your program fee through the scholarship.

Is LPU the best for aerospace engineering?

My sister graduated with a B.Tech Aerospace degree from LPU in 2020. This answer is based on her personal experience. The LPU administration takes good care of its students’ needs, and provides various cultural and academic programs for them. My sister’s batch of 2016 was the first Aerospace batch at LPU. There were around 55 students in her batch in total. The Aerospace faculty is dedicated towards the students’ welfare. They work hard and regularly motivate their students to publish research papers. Moreover, they make every effort to open up great internship opportunities for their students. Aerospace is a relatively new field in India, and many people don’t know much about it. So it is the students’ responsibility to work hard if they want a bright career in Aerospace Engineering. The paid internships for Aerospace are much fewer as compared to CSE. LPU is excellent for exposure and growth, but you should first consider the universities in South India for courses in Aerospace. As far as North India is concerned, LPU and CU both offer B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Total tution fee - 98000/- per semester, where we have to complete 8 semesters, but I got 50% Scholarship so my fee is 49,000/- tution fee + 2500/- Exam fee per Semester, which combines 51,500/- per Semester, and no more extra charges, only 75000/- for Hostel and 11,000/- for mess

A truth tale of LPU

The fee structure is term wise for academic and yearly wise for mess and hostel. Here there are two kind of hostel one is apartment with kitchen slab and standard without kitchen slab. This college is famous for BTech cse, agriculture and school of business. Hostel seater is your wish in apartment 1seater to 4seater and in standard it can be 1-6 seater of your choice. There are scholarship upto 4 categories 10% to 60% according to category scholarship is provided

A Flight through Aerospace Engineering at LPU

this has to be the major thing i like about academics, we have practical exposure unlike other colleges, there are various subjects where you are supposed to implement what you learn

Dislikes

hostels are very expensive: for apartment 2 seater ac it costs 160000 which is not worth it
After the mid terms each semester we have a only 1.5 effectively for end terms and they have to finish half the portion so it gets a bit hectic

Being a student of LPU, there are a few things to be noted beforehand: fee does not increase over th duration of course and there is no reservation based on caste criteria. My tution fee per year is 1,20,000 and 8000 examination fee this is with a scholarship of 50 percent. my batchmates usually pay 1,44,000 per year as they have a scholarship of 40 percent.

My fees is 84000 per semester and the examination fees is 4500. My hostel yearly fees is 140000. During admission time I had to pay 15000. I also had an exam Lpunest. In that exam i got some scholarship and my fees got reduced kind of.

Tuition fees is 154000 , 77000 per sem Exam fees per sem 4500 We don't have anything like lab fees and all, it's all with the tuition fees only. Scholarship you will get according to your performance in lpu nest or cuet or jeemains or cbse board 12th marksheet. The amount I have mentioned is what I am paying, like per sem the course fee is 110000.

What's up LPU

Hectic schedule of classes,whole day you will burn out.

The fees structure for my course is 120000 per sem and 240000 per year . But as per the scholarship I got consection of 30000 per sem . You can get upto 50% scholarship , all you required to give a test called lpunest by which they will provide you scholarship as per marks you will get .

My Life at LPU

The Fees including all at LPU for B.Tech in aerospace engineering is 1,40,000/- rupess per semester. But since i cleared the LPUNEST exam i have recieved category 1 scholarship of 50% reduction in the fees so the fees for me is 70,000/- per semester and for a year it is 1,40,000.
