Likes
- Scholarships were available to students who scored first few ranks in the entrance exams, which were a great deal of help to them also, there are internships available through our mentors which is of great help.
- Faculty are very good they teach well and they are very experienced with experience of 20 years, and fests happens every month and facilities are very good here like gym gardens library etc and place is very good
- There are so many clubs like dance club, science club, maths club, etc and main beauty of the campus are very green and freedom of entry and exit anytime.
Dislikes
- Firstly conduction of the entrance was very poor by nta.
- At last the canteens. the foods of the canteens are ok but sometimes it too worst
- I had a plan to do phd too but due to the academic stress and low facilities that this university is providing, i started to lose my interest on the subject.

- Campus is beautiful, campus life is good
- safety is not a concern for everyone here
- freedom you get in campus is also really good
Dislikes
- Roads are absolutely not good at one part of University
- Food is awful in taste , so you would have to adjust
- Infrastructure can be better, they should work on it.

Our course curriculum is similar to course curriculums across India, because it's according to the ugc guidelines. So if any changes needed it needs to come from ugc directly, as far as my knowledge...

- Especially our department faculty is so friendly and response from them is so nice and supportive.
- There the social interaction is very good. Campus life is very peaceful with friends and all other departments people.
- University gives us hope about the future. We can get good guidance from lectures and other departments friends.
Dislikes
- I don't like transportation and mess here.we won't get buses at correct time and mess food is not hygiene
- I don't like the outing timings in the campus.Here students roam anytime in the night.
- Here there is no placements for the students. Some department they will get placements.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum is good . But I think it need to improve for the best of students. There most of lecturers they just go with the slides what they prepared they won't explain them in proper way. and also for the exams they won't tells us the timings correctly they make it to get chance according to their wish.

- The environment of the college was Too good which is Suitable to study peacefully and the Library and reading room hours are Super efficient to Students, and yes we learnt many Things from this university like how we have to accept future in hard tym
- The college infrastructure was too good where evrything is available here like based on different departments we have to perform different labs and it provided. every lab with all needs which could help students to perform practically, was helpfull
- The interaction with Faculty was too good and the faculty responses and their guidance about future was too helpful for students and their teaching which is helpful for our knowledge was really good. Their encouragement towards students plans r good
Dislikes
- Actually the department which I'm Studying is not sufficient for lab practicals where the Building is old one and even we have some of our equipments out side of the department.
- The construction of the new building of the department of food Science and technology slow if it completed early it will really helpful for students ☺️
- As of now our department food Science and technology didn't offer any placements if it offer placements it is good for students life's .
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is too good and also which Have many Opportunities in future in the food industries and also hospitals and in everything because the actual need for every people to live is food for their basic works.

- It's a green campus around 900 acres. From my experience the department of psychology is good. We have experienced facilities. For me the department helped me in my personal growth. The class timings are till noon . It's very easy to score good marks
- The syllabus is revised and updated. We have two internship one in summer and one during 4th semester. 4th semester is completely free only internship and desseration.
- The campus is student friendly. The library and reading room is very helpful for the students.
Dislikes
- The main problem in the campus is transportation. The transportation through the university is limited and there is enough facilities. All the buses crowded it's very dangerous.
- The food quality is very bad in the hostel mess. Most of the time the food will be half cooked or salty. Two tea shops opened till midnight in the university, but it's very expensive
- The administration is not providing enough facilities to the students. There is no summer vacations. This time we only got 1 week summer vaccinatio.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The syllabus was updated on 2019. The course is more application level. The exams are conducted in proper manner. We will get the result within one week. The semester are only 3 months it's hectic for the students and teachers.

- Good campus. Great environment with a calm and subtle surroundings
- Commendable faculties with excellent experience in their respective fields
- Made valuable friends and relationships within a short period of time.
Dislikes
- Not much instruments that can be useful for studies
- Less field activities and practices. It's almost like wasting the resources.
- No placements are available on port blair campus.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course I'm studying is Disaster Management. The course structure is perfect with knitting our knowledge in disasters both in scientific aspects as well as social aspects. The GIS course is really appreciative as this will be further useful fo us students as a future disaster manager. Though the field practices are less, we will be having a project only semester during our last sem.

- I like teaching method. Campus life is too good, university will be open for 24 hours and it is nearby the beach. So it is good.
- You can enjoy your life in this university with best study.
Dislikes
- Previously night canteen was not here in this campus.
- Placements are not here in this university.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is good, matching with international standards. NEP 2020 is also followed in this campus. As this is matching international standards mean that it is good for future also. Teacher will teach with power point presentations and you have to give power point presentation for internal assessment and monthly test evaluation will be done. Internal examination value is 40% and end semester value is 60%. If you studied well you will score good. Average marking is 8.2 CGPA in department of Biotechnology.

- The campus is very vast, approximately 800 acres.
- Its a very different experience studying in a central university.
- The atmosphere and surroundings of the campus is very beautiful.
Dislikes
- The academics is average to below average.
- The faculty is not the most motivated to help the students.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The syllabus is very light for applied psychology in this university. There are only 3 semesters which have written exams. The last semester is just project and viva.One factor i liked about the curriculum is that in the third semester we can choose our specialty based on our interests.there are 3 options counselling clinical and industrial psychology.

- Vast knowledge of the professors and their way of teaching
- Professor want to teach us new everyday even after college hours. They make sure that at the end of the day we learn something new.
- We can have access to library and reading room 24/7.
Dislikes
- Hostel food will not be that good, sometimes it's too horrible
- Roads and pathways inside the college is horrible
- Water and electricity is not available all the time
Placement Experience:
Placements will began after your 2nd semester. Science students will not have placement. They will have training to clear csir jrf. Management students have placements with annual package around 10 lakhs
