I can't really say anything on it because I'm a 1st year student and hadn't experienced placement or anything like that yet. But yes my some of the seniors are in good company and one of my senior is working after completing his bachelor's degree and earning a good amount of money. My plans after getting the degree is to work in embassy while pursuing MA

I am learning a foreign language that is Korean. It is fun to study this language my be because the curriculum is designed in such a way(although learning a new language is not easy especially when the script is unknown to you).

As I earlier mentioned that my course is Korean language, so the relevancy of the course is way better than other courses, because as all of you know, South korea is a developed country and they have K-pop. They can use pop as soft power.

The course curriculum of language is just old. It should be updated every 3 year. Language is always evolving. As i am language students , Teaching should be activity based.syllabus & textbook should be updated.

I think after the completion of bachelor's degree students become eligible for campus placement and iam sure about the no of offers made but there are so many korean companies that visited our campus is like kotra , kto etc. And they starting package they offer is 6 lakh per year and percentage of the students has to 60 to 80 percentage but since we are learning a language so they more focused in the speaking abilities and talking about my plans iam planning to do some internship and do my masters degree for now iam sure about future.

Korean language is my major in JNU . I chose this language because I was really curious about their culture and how did they developed so fast and their economic growth is something to be appreciated. I got to know more about the language during corona pandemic. As k-pop was soaring high at that time , I came across the language.

I'm a language student and the thing that influenced me to learn this korean language is obviously he culture, music and the way they speak their language captured my attention which made me opt for this course which is provided by JNU. The demand of language student is rapidly growing in our country as a korean wave getting popular in India which make me go for the higher study in this course. One thing I would like to teaching method of language course in JNU is to students should get provided a proper language lab where you can improve your language skill.

As a language student there's plenty of career opportunities but I personally feel that knowing language only won't be enough for long term career opportunities, I take language learning as a skill development but we need to have a base or can be said as core subject of interest for a better opportunity and it'll also increase the options for us .

My first year of education was online due to covid. And after a year i got to do offline studies. And i must say offline is much better. Because learning a new language in offline has much more benefits like you can know the exact intonations and all.
