Course Curriculum Overview
Korean language is my major in JNU . I chose this language because I was really curious about their culture and how did they developed so fast and their economic growth is something to be appreciated. I got to know more about the language during corona pandemic. As k-pop was soaring high at that time , I came across the language.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships come at every level . After graduation, after masters and also after PhD. Also there are various types of scholarships. They differ based on their period , education timeline, fully funded or partially funded etc . Also the university provides MCM to students who need it. Talks and counseling are organised monthly .
Campus Life
The campus life is really good. There are various clubs to involve students in extra curricular activities rather than just studying. Taekwondo club , badminton club , NCC , NSS , nature club , astronomy club etc . These focus on the interest of the students and give them a chance to shine .
Admission
The admission process was a hassle . It was really tiring . But the costs are really less. The cost of living in the hostels and semester fees are really affordable. And the benefits that come with this are great . You get free access to a 9 floor library 24/7 .
Faculty
As I'm a language student, interaction is a key points towards our skill development. The faculty members are highly qualified and certified in their fields . Professor's take classes everyday and they make sure that everyone is involved . For me , the experience has been really good til now . We have speaking class and get chance to interact with native speakers during exchange programs or events.
