Jamia Millia Islamia University Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

In third round of councelling i got Mechanical Engineering but in next round it was upgraded into Electrical. Most of the feculty are Phd holder with great experience hence their teaching methoda are fantastic and easy to understand. In a single semester there are 2 mid semester and end semeter exam happens the difficulty of exams is subjective.

We are eligible for college placement from 4 th year onwards. Company visited are Zenon, Hexaview,HSBC ,JIT Japan,L&T ,Siemons,Rockwell Automation ,C-Dot. Percentage of CS branch of getting placement is around 60-70%

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement Companies like LNT ,Adobe, samsung,etc. Visits here Highest package for the year 23 is 59.9 lpa Percentage of student getting placement is around 70% I will be focusing on my campus placement

The campus of Jamia is now increasing impressively. In the third semester's own words, students avail of the internships provided by the college itself. So many companies visited last year including Deloitte, Vedanta, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Amazon, Bosch and many others giving an average placement of 9 lacs and the highest package was 25 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placement is increasing and has increased to more than 75% last year. My plans after getting the degree are also to get a handsome package at the campus itself and become a strong alumnus of Jamia Millia Islamia.

Placements are quite good almost 85-90% of students get placed. The Highest placement in 2022 is 26 lpa and the average is around 9-10lpa. some of the top recruiters are Samsung, ICIC Bank, Accenture, etc. The college provides many internship opportunities to 2 and 3-year students.

Our university course curriculum is purely based on engineering. Here faculty members are very good and supportive. They help in giving ideas about projects and assignments. They studied every subject with very high curiosity. The majority of professors are Ph.D. in their domain.

The Faculty members are good enough to teach. There are 2 sessional exams and 1 end-semester exam per semester. Exams are moderate level if you study class notes it's enough. The faculty also teaches very well.

Placements are quite good at Jamia. Around 50-55 companies visit for campus placement including big names like Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, etc. Around 70 percent of students get placed. The average package is around 8 lac and the highest goes up to 22 lac.

the course curriculum is up to data and it was designed by industry people from big corporates the faculty and student ratio is very good all the faculty are Ph.D. holders and help us with a research paper. The teachers here are really qualified.

I have chosen this course because I want to do Engineering in my Life. There are various faculties at JMI. Overall the faculty is very good. All faculty have excellent teachers. they are helpful, and highly qualified and they all have quality knowledge. Faculty teachers are well qualified, they're PhD holders, researchers and many more
