- Like my thermal teacher is amazing and wonderful sir they have amazing knowledge and wonderful mind set about everything.
- Scholarships are very good, and dtu scholarships and govt scholarships like mcm are easily getable.
- Placement is pretty amazing. also it is one the best core jobs providing universities in india.
Dislikes
- The scholarships and financial assistant are there but they are not that easy to avail.
- Due to recession less companies are coming in college which is affecting all over placements.
- Hostel not provided to delhi region students...dtu has enough space for hostels but not made.. day scholars suffers alot...a very big disadvantage

Placement Experience:
DTU engineering graduate stands to shining placement lots of offer high packages strong company presence for MBA students at the main campus placement or decent average rupees 9 to 9.5 lpa top at rs.37 lpa note Elite but solid value for money at the east campus of MBA stream placements are improving but still tentative average around 5 to 6 LPA. with top spots around 12LPA. Career success hair often depends more on personal initiative skills and networking.

- Campus life is amazing. People are good.
- College Fest (especially "ENGIFEST") is an amazing fest . Although It is north india's largest Fest.
- Faculties are amazing. There are alot socities and Tech team which give you exposure to the whole new world.
Dislikes
- Although It has 85% Delhi Reservation But still It has some brilliant Minds.
- Crowd is much because it have too many courses unlike Btech.
- sometime teacher does allow you to give paper due to short attendence(sometimes).
Placement Experience:
Placements are good especially during recession.
You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships.
All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc.
Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian)
Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa .
almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time).
See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

- CAMPUS INSFRASTRUCTURE: The college boats a beautiful campus with well maintained buildings and hostels. The greenery, open spaces , and modern structure made it a vibrant place to live and learn.
- COLLEGE MEMORIES & ENVIRONMENT: The competitive yet collaborative environment kept me constantly motivated. The student culture was a mix of ambition and camaraderie, pushing everyone to give their best while also enjoying the journey.
- FEST AND TOURNAMENTS : College fests and tournaments were heart of our social life. whether it was participating in cultural nights, managing technical events, or cheering at sports matches, these experiences helped me develop skills in fun way.
Dislikes
- FACULTY INTERACTION: One Major drawback was the lack of student friendly atmosphere from some professors.
- OUTDATED CURRICULUM: The core courses specially in the technical and engineering departments, followed an outdated syllabus that lacked alignment with current industry stabderd.
- LABORATORY FACILITIES: There was a noticeable shortage of modern instruments and experimental tools in our laboratories which limited hands on exposer and made us heavily depends on theory.
Placement Experience:
The college claims 100 % placement, but it didn't happen for our batch due to the 2024 job market crach driven by AI disruptions. Still, placement were decent those who stayed aware prepared throughout their journey managed to secure good packages.

- Teachers was very good in the some of the Courses which have a lots of Knowledge in there domain.
Dislikes
- The hostel management was not good enough
- And sometimes, there are lots of monkeys which are present in the Campus
- Sometimes, I feel the attendance policy should be more relaxed
Placement Experience:
Actually, Placements sceanrios are too good but sometimes, it depends on the nature of the market and PC (Placement Co-ordinators too), which contact directly with the companies to hire students from our colleges.
If you didn't got the placements then, the college have one year policy, after your course till one year later.
You can sit in the placements in the college.

- Facilites are not up to marks and delaying in every work
- Canteen food and mess food is not good as they charge for the food
- Location of the college is so bad ,, it located at the outskirts

My college placement is sooo good because Dtu is the top engineering college so that so many companies hire student from our college and give best package .From 7 semester student eligible for placement .More than 200 companies visits in our campus like Amazon, Microsoft , Google ,Intuit,Morgan Stanley ,Apple , Facebook ,Adobe ,Arcesium and many more . More than 90% students placed every year

- One of the most liked thing for me will be lenient attendance policy. On paper you require 75% attendance but in real thats not that true as professors are chill.
- Campus is really beautiful and well maintained.
- We have a society for literally everything so easy to follow your passion.
Dislikes
- Not very good sex ratio its almost 8:1 which is not an idol case
- No transportation service inside campus despite of being such a large campus
Placement Experience:
As far as i know even in the time of recission we had a decent placement graph better than many other rival colleges and in my chemical branch i guess highest package was around 30 lpa which is a decent one.

- I like the infrastructure because it has so much to explore
- the societies in which you can participate there is cultural society, literature and film society, dancing and musical societies...etc
- sports is one of the favourite there is good football ground, cricket ground, cricket practice net, kabaddi ground, indoor and outdoor badminton, tt tables, tennis and other sports
Dislikes
- expecting some industry visits in core branches which we don't get
- some teacher is not good and not taking proper class
- syllabus have to cover by ourselves at the last time
Placement Experience:
6th semester student is eligible for internship and they can continue after completion of course or can do college with their placement, the highest package in 2025 passout is 80.4lpa.
85% student get placed. after getting degree i'm going to start my career in core

- Fests are so good in DTU , many big artist come in DTU like vilen shreya ghoshal
- Infrastructures is so good in DTU , every thing is air furnished
- Internship is good in DTU , everyone gets package of min. 20 lakh per annum

- I disliked girls ratio is very low in our college
- Transport problem in DTU metro station is very far from us

Placement is good in our college , maximum every student get placed in DTU , but if someone get not placed unemployed after graduation he can get outside placement after the graduation, very few students have to face struggle

- DTU is one of those Delhi colleges which has ubiquitous existence not just in Delhi but in India.
- Education that is provided at DTU is where our college scores very heavily.
- The best relaxation for students is that attendance are little relaxed at DTU.
Dislikes
- I am glad I am from Delhi as otherwise the hostels are in damp conditions here and I don't know how rhe outsiders are managing it.

At DTU, placements may start from final year but placements are good. The main reason is almuni network as it has grown so rapidly in last few years. The kind of practical approach that our college has jobs are always available be in on campus or off campus.

- very good placements along with nice infrastructure
- very lenient regarding attendance even if you have 5-10% attendance (most of the times even 0) you still wont be debarred from the examinations
- liniency in classes like very few teachers ask for assignments and very often wouldnt care if you come late to classes
Dislikes
- no law and order alot of times fights happen and no repurcussions are there for it
- no help from teachers in studies and doubt solving
- very bad managements take 6-7 months to anounce result, till the first day of college wont release timetable of classes
Placement Experience:
from end 6th semester companies start coming to our college and placing students
around 200-250 companies visit our college every year for placements varying from different roles and and different branches
last year 82lpa was the highest package in my college around 70% students get placed every year
ill get a job and start working
