- I liked the infrastructure of this college. The building is built in a symmetric manner . All the hostels are maintained in a symmetry
- The faculty and staff are good with students. Grading is linient and the curriculum is updated every 6 months
Dislikes
- Sometimes the staff is not good. The ERP office staff is not friendly
- Mess food is not good. It's about all colleges but true
Faculty:
Faculty is very friendly. The teaching faculty is friendly enough and grades quite well. Statistics , BEE , PPS faculty are entertaining and experienced . So I liked them Midsem and endsems are there. And two quizzes. Quizzes are easy. Midsems are also on the easier side. Endsems are quite tough. Curriculum is updated every semester.
Likes
- The quality of education is quite good. The focus on practicals really high
- The focus on hygiene is quite good the washroom are good but less in quantity
Dislikes
- The campus is too small and it really has too old infrastructure
- The other thing I didn't like is the fee structure as I feel their is not up to the level of mark I felt

Faculty:
The faculty are quite good in terms of feedback they really help a lot Teachers are really good some of them really helps apart from studies But few are not too good some off them give to marks in exams and grades The exam curicullum is realy high they ask a lot of question. and a lot of exams

- vast diversity of culture and languages helps in deeper understanding of our country

- campus is very small and doesnt even has a good parking
- fests are boring and very hectic and intimiditating

faculty is enough and the ratio suits for no of students . faculty take really good care of us guiding and helping us get better. there experiences and insights are a torch in dark. teachers are quite understanding

- The degree is of bit mesra, and have very good reputation
- College has big alumni network, and have very good opportunity to get job outside india

- Too small campus, and doesnt have good sports.
- Does not conduct fests like other colleges

Student to teacher ratio is 40:1 Faculties are good and are highly qualified and some of the faculty have good research papers in their field, and our director of the college is also a well qualified person, engange the student in latest Hackathons.

- I liked the behaviour of the faculty towards the students.
- I liked the library of the college where i got every book which i needed.
Dislikes
- There is no point of the dislike but the only is construction which was good but also bad impact on education.
- Secondly that there is no space for gaming.
Faculty:
Almost every faculty was good in the campus because every faculty helps me in every situation and not answering any question if there is another subject question also i asked they also told me that if they know the answer.

- There are some new rooms build in two hostels they are good
- Infrastructure of college is well maintained and campus is huge

- There is strict attendance policy means you have to maintain 75% attendance
- Mess food is also not good and some hostels are also not maintained
Faculty:
Faculty to student ratio is ok.some professors are good and some are not that much as it vary person to person.Faculties are approachable.There are two quizzes,mid semester exam,end semester exam in one semester.Semester exams are hard

- Some proffesors are great and some may annoy you

- Campus is very small ( approximately 10 acres)
- Facilities you have sometimes dont feel like 16 lakhs
Faculty:
Faculties of the college are good and qualified. Some might annoy you but overall they are well qualified. Professors are approachable. You can contact them and they are available for you.Exam papers of the college comes from main campus Bit mesra.

- the environment of the college is very good

- the faculty is not up to the mark , u will not be satisfied by their teaching
- student intake is very very less so you will experience less competition
Faculty:
Exams are very frequent , faculty are not up to the mark they are supportive but lack concept and some faculties are really egostic also they cut a lot of marks even when its not required . Many students fail for very minor mistakes.
Likes
- Girls to Boys ratio is quite decent its mostly 1 is to 2.
- The focus on academics is high and on practicals its high.
Dislikes
- Campus is really quite small. You cant enjoy and roam around.
- I feel that canteen can be improved a lot
Faculty:
The faculty are good in terms of ratio while some are excellent in teaching some are average. They help students when in doubt, even outside classroom they help not only in academics but in other acitivities like cultural and sport or any organisation support like NGOs. The exams are a lot First we have quizes of each subject then after a few days we have mid sem then we have quiz 2 again for all subjects then practical exams then we have end sems. So exams are a lot as well as we have assignments a lot. But still we have time for side hustle.

- I loved the lush green campus of my college which takes me very close to nature.
- nice infrastructure and high quality computers installed in the RnD cell. Super computers also present
Dislikes
- Girls to boys ratio is very less which is not good for this type of premium institute
- course curriculum is very hard and to pass sem exams in this college needs proper studying and don't depend on last night studies
Faculty:
The faculty to student ratio is pretty decent and There is no shortage of faculties. Most of them are very nice and approachable. They understand the emotions of students and are very friendly with their students. Like CSE departments have some great faculty which is boon to all the cse students. Now coming to ECE department, all the prof are nightmares and not at all approachable. Infact some take extra classes for 5 hrs continously on even, Sundays:( We have 2 quizzes of 10 marks each, 1 midsem of 25 marks and 1 endsem of 50 marks. They are moderate to hard. Course curriculum is outdated and needs updation as fast as possible

Who are the best professors at BIT Mesra? Why?
A relative of mine used to be a student of BIT Mesra. She and a number of her peers have chosen Mr. Anup Kumar Keshri to be the best professor at BIT Mesra.
- Professor Keshri himself is an alumnus of BIT Mesra and he was a student of the Computer Science Branch. Despite being in the CS Department, Professor Keshri was impressed by Professor P.K. Choudhary who did not belong in the department. His teaching abilities caught the eyes of Professor Keshri.
- Professor P.K. Choudhary belonged to the Mechanical Department. He taught engineering drawing.
- Even though Prof. Keshri was not a student of Mechanical Engineering, he did a paper on Professor Choudhary’s subject in 1996.
- In addition to that, in spite of not being a student, Professor Keshri is sure that after some revision, he would be able to take classes in Mechanical Engineering.
He is thankful to Professor Choudhary for teaching him the ‘Language of Engineers’, on which Professor Keshri did the paper in 1996. He did not have to refer to any textbook for preparing himself for the paper. He wishes to be a teacher like Professor Choudhary.
