Application fees of INR 2500 and 1500 must be paid by OBC and SC/ST candidates respectively.

The registration and fee payment schedule for a number of undergraduate, graduate, and PhD courses at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, has been made public for the 2025 academic year. Interested candidates must finish the registration and payment of the relevant fees by January 7, 2025, at the latest. Classes are scheduled to start on January 8, 2025.

Class 10 pass certificate and grade report with birthdate
Class 12 or intermediate mark sheet and certificate
Graduation mark sheet and certificate
Post-graduation mark sheet and certificate
College leaving certificate
Migration certificate
Caste certificate
JEE Main score card & admit card
