Selection is based on Class 12 marks, online counselling, and seat availability, and applicants must register separately through the BBA portal even if they are applying for other IMU programmes.

Students choose IMU because of its industry-linked curriculum, internships and apprenticeship exposure, strong placement support, and direct learning experience with ports and shipping operations, making it suitable for the fast-growing logistics and e-commerce sectors.

After graduation, students can work as logistics executives, port operations managers, supply chain analysts, shipping coordinators, and retail or e-commerce managers.

Once selected, candidates go through the counselling process, which includes merit list release, choice filling, seat allotment, and document verification before final admission confirmation.
