CUET UG Self-Declaration Form 2024: NTA has made it mandatory to carry self declaration form CUET 2024 along with the admit card at the exam center. You can download the self declaration form from the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/ or cuetug.ntaonline.in

No other types of CUET COVID declaration forms are accepted. Carry only the hard copy printed on a A4 sheet white paper, as soft copies are not allowed. CUET self declaration form validates the current health condition of the students and contains regulations to prevent exposure to any infectious diseases.

What is the CUET Self Declaration form 2024?

Students can access the self declaration form CUET 2024 at the bottom of the admit card. This form is to acknowledge that the students have gone through all the instructions, and have also read the advisory for COVID-19.

How to Fill Self Declaration Form CUET 2024?

The steps to fill out the self-declaration form CUET are -

Step 1: First read all the instructions that are provided for the candidates, and the COVID-19 advisory.
Step 2: Then, write your name and address in the blanks provided.
Step 3: Paste a photo identical to the one used while filling out the application form.
Step 4: Put a left-hand thumb impression on the relevant box. Candidates need to ensure that they fill these boxes before reaching the examination hall.
Step 5: Lastly, students need to put their signatures in the box, and they should do it in front of the invigilator.

How to download the CUET UG Admit Card 2024?

To download the CUET UG Admit Card for this session, students can follow these steps -

Step 1: Visit the official portal of CUET UG 2024.
Step 2: Navigate to the CUET Admit Card 2024 link and enter your credentials. Now click on submit.
Step 3: Lastly, a new window will open with the CUET UG 2024 Admit card. Then check the details and download it.

Things to Carry for CUET 2024 Exam

Students have to bring some mandatory documents to the test center for the CUET - UG examination. The documents include -

• Print copy of Admit Card along with Self Declaration form CUET (Undertaking)
• One passport-size photograph (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form)
• One authorized photo ID (must be original, valid, and non-expired) – School Identity Card/ PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/E-Aadhaar with photograph/ Ration Card with photograph/ Class 12 Board Admit Card with photograph/ Bank Passbook with Photograph.
• PwBD certificate (if applicable)

Dress Code for CUET 2024

For the CUET UG 2024 exam, there are strict dress code. The dress code for CUET UG is as follows -

• Light clothes with long sleeves are barred. But suppose a candidate comes in cultural/ customary dress at the Examination Centre. In that case, they should report at least an hour before the last reporting time so that there is enough time for proper frisking without any inconvenience to the candidate while maintaining the sanctity of the examination.
• Only slippers, and sandals with low heels are permitted. Shoes are not permitted.
• In case of any deviation required due to unavoidable (medical, etc.) circumstances, specific approval of NTA must be taken before the Admit Cards are issued.
