No other types of CUET COVID declaration forms are accepted. Carry only the hard copy printed on a A4 sheet white paper, as soft copies are not allowed. CUET self declaration form validates the current health condition of the students and contains regulations to prevent exposure to any infectious diseases.

How to Fill Self Declaration Form CUET 2024?
The steps to fill out the self-declaration form CUET are -
Step 1: First read all the instructions that are provided for the candidates, and the COVID-19 advisory.
Step 2: Then, write your name and address in the blanks provided.
Step 3: Paste a photo identical to the one used while filling out the application form.

Dress Code for CUET 2024
For the CUET UG 2024 exam, there are strict dress code. The dress code for CUET UG is as follows -
- Light clothes with long sleeves are barred. But suppose a candidate comes in cultural/ customary dress at the Examination Centre. In that case, they should report at least an hour before the last reporting time so that there is enough time for proper frisking without any inconvenience to the candidate while maintaining the sanctity of the examination.
- Only slippers, and sandals with low heels are permitted. Shoes are not permitted.
- In case of any deviation required due to unavoidable (medical, etc.) circumstances, specific approval of NTA must be taken before the Admit Cards are issued.
