CUET General Aptitude: Question Format & Topic Weightage ( 2025-2023)

Analysing the CUET General Aptitude topic-wise trend from 2023 to 2025, it is clear that there is a shift towards more reasoning intensive and data driven questions. Logical reasoning has a consistent rise in terms of number of questions, increasing from 8-10 questions in 2023 to an expected 12-15 in 2025. This shows a 50% growth in weightage. Similarly, Arithmetic Aptitude has grown from 6-8 to 10-12 questions, highlighting its increasing importance in the paper format. Data interpretation has also gained 60% increase in expected question count over 3 years. On the other hand, sections like Venn diagrams and miscellaneous topics remained the same as compared to previous years. So the overall trend shows that CUET is getting into more analytical and logical tests and students should prepare accordingly.
