BRAC review

Hostel Facilities:

this college doesn`t have hostel facility. students need to make an arrangement on their own. PG`s are available in nearby areas but they are very costly.Around 12000 pm is rental value to be paid by the student to get a PG.Their food quality is also not very good.

My College - The Master Of Arts

Likes

The campus is a peaceful place with well-educated students from across the country & the ambience is great with all the greenery. The cafeteria is hygienic and affordable. The teachers seem well-versed with their subjects.
Little to no fights which is a big plus when compared to other colleges of the university. Students are helpful and supportive

Dislikes

The water is filled with chlorine and totally non-consumable. The students’ water taps don’t work most of the time and when they do, the water is really slow and warm. The staff has separate water coolers that work but student entry is not allowed.
Washroom are a very big problem in college campus. Similar to the drinking water facility, students have bad washrooms with unbearable smell and broken locks whereas staff washrooms seem fine. Sanitary napkin dispensers are just for show.

Campus Life:

Fests and Programs are a frequent thing in our college that acts as its plus point since it gives everyone a chance to participate and get extra points in their resume for co-curricular activites and also boost their knowledge and managerial skills. Since there are so many cultural and societal fests organised almost every alternate week, it is hard to remember their names but the societies come up with creative ideas for the fests. This gives them a chance to explore their imagination and make the programs interesting for the viewers. The library has a wide range of books and journals including curricular books, fictions, stories, general knowledge and possibly all categories of books. They are easily accessible to everyone in the college but one needs a valid college id card to issue them.

College infrastructure is amazing, college building is newly innovative.
College canteen is also good food was tasty and healthy too ...

Dislikes

The surrounding area of college isn't good because there always security concern occurred in mind..
Another thing we feel safety issues during traveling locals are close enough to students and chased too some time they take phones of students..

One of the best college of du for commerce students

Likes

The college is very easily commutable from ghaziabad or east Delhi , public transport is readily available also it makes affordable as well
College professors and staff is really supportive in terms of everything

Dislikes

The locations outside the college is not that good , thrift market is there which makes the roads very busy and chaoctic
Construction work goes on always in jal nigam outside college

Campus Life:

Talking about extra curricular activities of this college is is very exciting. You will get many extra curricular activities manifest around the year and there are many clubs, Hindi club dancing club theatre, club drama club, English poetry, club, so sports club, so there are many clubs where you can explore your passion. Your talent, also teachers and faculties, also encourage you to join these clubs and extra activities, besides focusing on your studies as well Also, the best part about these activities and these clubs are the seminars that happen over the year is that you gained a lot of confidence just after completing your 12th. When you come into a whole new world of this college and college life, you gain a lot of confidence, your body language changes, you learn how to present yourself, so I must say that these clubs are must enhance your personality.

Little glimpse of my experience in DU

Likes

The education is brilliant. You will recieve quality education from top teachers.
The crowd is one of the best in Delhi University.

Dislikes

Hostels are not there for every college just present in very few of them.
Living cost is quite high in Delhi which is an extra burden for students.

Campus Life:

University of Delhi is well known for its Campus life. You will be provided lots of opportunities for social interactions and every college has many college societies in different fields like cultural society, Commerce society and many more. Its kinda speciality of Delhi University.

BRAC- The Clg of opportunities

Likes

The clg is just below the metro station so their is no need of auto rickshaw and anything. So convenient to go
The faculty are awesome and always encouraged students to participate in lot of extra curricular activities.

Dislikes

The location of college is in Wazirabad which is not a decent place
The area of clg is surrounded by slums and not be good for students

Campus Life:

The annual Cultural fest of the clg is Chetna Aarohan which is quite good. The clg fest doesn't have good artist to perform but you will find a good participation from other colleges in lot of events take place during the fest such as dance, singing,drama and classical folk etc. The fest is go through a 3 day in which last day their is DJ night which is awesome and you find a artist too their. The society of clg are quite awesome and you can enroll through GD and PI. The clg have 40+ society which encompasses all activities. The well known are Rudra-Dance society and NCC

Good college

Likes

I really liked library of my Collage there are all book available in my college library are there are too much peace and you will study there properly .
My college NCC is very good my NCC is not 1 in Delhi University and and you also participates in sports and small sports are very good .

Dislikes

My college water services not good and there is not clean drinking water and washroom is not clean
Whenever my college organise the event they are they are not organised events properly everyone's students are fighting with each other and collage do nothing

Campus Life:

My campus is very good there are too much space for sports NCC and their nature is very good they are too much plants and their buildings are too much big and too much space and their classes are providing you good fan

The faculty of the college is good. many experienced faculty were there and also many visiting teachers were there.
The societies formed in the college were the most active ones. the teachers too supported them with full potential.

Dislikes

No frequent acitivity were there. no activites were arranged for the students other than the societies which were made.
The classroom are old and not of good condition.

Campus Life:

We did not have any cultural festivals or any other activities because of the covid-19. Even for the graduation, the farewell was not given to all the students. Different cultural societies arranged there own and had there own different celebrations.

A diversity of people

Likes

The facility of water is good as It is continuous requirements in summer .. I found this is much good about it
Availability of canteen is much good that they have a proper canteen and arrangement for sitting up as well as affordable price of food

Dislikes

The improper infrastructure of college is not good also
The desk are not good they looks like local govt schools even they are better but our's college

Campus Life:

Yearly fest of each department, farewell party , diwali festive and even other festival celebrated beautifully here .. it feels like a new refreshments in mind with these kind of fest . Extracurricular activities like basketball, cricket are available. Dance department all availability are here
