VJEC Faculty

The faculty at the college are generally well-qualified, with most holding M.Tech degrees or higher, including PhDs. Approximately 90% of the faculty are experienced, with some having over 15 years in teaching, while around 10% are recent graduates. The college operates on a semester-based system with three internal exams per semester, each requiring a minimum of 30 marks to pass.

Faculty provide additional support through extra classes, assignments, and PPTs to help students prepare for exams. However, some faculty members are noted to be strict with marking and attendance. The overall student-faculty relationship is positive, contributing to a conducive learning environment.
