Course Curriculum Overview
Civil engineers are the people constructing todays world and they are important in current days. The college provides internship to help understand the works to do in real-world. The frequency and time of exams is regular and moderately difficult.
Internships Opportunities
There are internships inside and out of Kerala for all departments and internships with stipend will only start at 8th semester. Core companies will be coming to college on 8th semester for giving internships and placement for freshers.
Placement Experience
From semester eight onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Am currently in seventh semester and yet had no companies visited for civil students. For CS students the average package is lpa. My plan is to get a onsite job so that I can understand the real world experience
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fees structure is 75000/- for tution and 10,000 caution fees. Registration fees for exams are approximately 6000/- and there is a management scholarship of 75000/- for students those who scored above 90? in 12th for physics, chemistry and maths. Students those who scored above 95? only have to pay government fees. For OEC students government is paying the course fees and additional payments are done by the students. College is arranging loan for students for the course. I have paid scholarship amount of 35000/- plus additional lab fees and exam fees of approximately 18000/- as I have scored 90? above in 12th for physics, chemistry and maths.
Campus Life
There are techfests, arts and sports happening. Techfests and sports are held in odd semesters and arts are held in even semesters. All type of journals and textbooks are available in library. There are anti- ragging campaigns and clubs for prevention of suicides
Admission
I have applied only this college because I felt this is the best. Their academic results were really impressive and facilities are upto mark. Admission process is through management, merit and NRI quota. The students must have qualified in KEAM exam.
Faculty
All faculties are very good and their presentation skill is amazing. I like Logi sir and Anitha miss because they nake us understand the concept very easily. There are no faculties I didn't like because everyone is doing their best. There are three internal exams in a semester and they are moderately difficult. Only few students fail and they cop up that in resit exams.
