My course is B.A English honours. I have paid 10,000 fees for this course in my 1st year . There was no reservation. Everyone was treated equally. Each and every category has to pay the same amount of fees but as of general category who has good financial condition pays the actual amount as for sc st and ews, pwd category they have to pay lesser amount.

SolDu provides distance learning courses which affordable for anyone.
SolDu also providing study material which can be taken in soft copy or hard copy.

Dislikes

In previous years there were lots of problems like delays in exam or result.
Most of the students facing issues in subject selection (SEC and VAC).
They're taking internal asessment which completely online but their server is very poor and every student faces this technical problems while giving their tests.

For BA Eng(Hons.) Yearly fees is Rs. 8000 to 9000. And total fees is approximately Rs.40000. SOL(SCHOOL OF OPEN LEARNING)DU is providing distance learning courses so, it doesn't give any scholarship. But recently SolDu started a program in which those having family income under Rs.400000 will get their fees reduced. This helps for those student who unable to pay the fees.

Second, we got all the study material before exam.

The one fact that some of the books used to fell short for us as the exams came closer

The course fees was around 8k yearly with extra charges for back exams. Other than that there was no fees that I paid for anything. The study material was free of cost and there were no assignments for us.

My tution fee was 5500 and registrations fee was 500 and also I had to pay for food in college.my friend taken commerce but fee was same.we were came from badarpur thats why we had to pay auto fare and metro fare. registrations fee we had to pay before the admission and after the admission we got books from college. The fee was annually.

Fee for general students of first year was under 6000 and it was 50% less for the students belonged to other categories. The only financial aid was 50% off on the fee amount for the category students or students having BPL card.

My College Experience

As i am pursuing English hons. from Du sol so in this my fees goes aprx. 10,000 on yearly basis. The tuition fees is decided by the authority as per the classes only. There is no registration fee in this directly you need fo pay the fees on yearly basis. I don't know much about the lab fee as it's not included in my course, in du sol fee for other categories also remains the same as it's an open school.
