Likes

The teacher's are really nice and friendly,they are very helpful,they also provide study materials, and even in class the are very helpful, the lectures are very fun, we also have activities so we dont get bored.
The placement cell has very good connection with such a great companies like kpmg, icici, reliance, hdfc and many more companies.
The quality of infrastructure that we have in our college is outstanding and the classes and the other things are arranged neat and clean

Dislikes

The college canteen is very bad and food is not good
It use it to hard to complete it and use to get very stressful during exams times because the pressure use to be alot to complete the curriculum.
I don't say i disliked but some faculties are rude sometimes which is seen everywhere and its normal i guess.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is very good. Usually 3 to 4 lectures are there in a day hence very comfortable. Easy understanding and learning , interactive sessions and understandable teachers and cooperative environment

Placement Experience:

The placements of mithibai are quite average. I have not personally experienced it till now but from what I know, average placement for bcom graduates ranges from 5-7L. The highest placement has been around 30L in Morgan Stanley.

Mithibai‘s Bcom

As a bcom student at mithibai college i loved the college and its cultural fests which showcased different cultures of Mumbai
The other thing i like about this college was that its faculty is very friendly and will always guide you to move forward and inspire you
The library of this college is next level and contains full of knowledge

Dislikes

Mithibai College does not have a football ground or a playground
Sometimes we dint get seat in the canteen as it it is always overcrowded
Sometimes the behaviour of admin office staff

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bcom in mithibai gives you a wide opportunities in the sectors such as banking finance marketing marketing etc and as this course is industrial oriented our college provides a lot of practical worl too case studies etc to get to know more about the course And the con of this Course is that nowadays the value of bcom has decreased as we do not get job opportunities in the real world only on the basis of Bcom so thats a disadvantage

Some of the students get placement and internship opportunities like the highest package went to financial markets course that was around 19 lakhs and one should must we'll equipped with the skills regarding finance and technology

The quality of infrastructure that we have in our college is outstanding and the classes and the other things are arranged neat and clean
The crowd is very appropriate for students and there are verity of students activities like drama, sports, dance, events, exhibition and much more.
The college has best faculty from teachers to the normal staff members both of them are very supportive.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell has very good connection with such a great companies like KPMG, ICICI, RELIANCE, HDFC and many more companies. The highest package the student had got was around 21 lac and the average package is around 4-6 lac.

The infrastructure of the college was good
The discipline of the college was good on an overall level

The attendance issue was alot on every student

Mithibai the best college

I liked the infrastructure and faculty of mithibai college
The campus life is best among all the colleges of mumbai, every time you will listen sound of joy in the campus
The faculty is best and very helpful in studies and event at time for mental support

Dislikes

I just dislike that there is no fan in clasroom
Students are not so cooperative and sometimes they misbehave
I dont think so there is anything to dislike

The college is really well built and the vibe is good

The placement which are offered are average 6 lakhs per anum which is really good for a management college and there is also a placement cell in our college which help us get a job when a company comes for recruitment

Likes

I like that this college focus on overall growth
There is a lot of focus on co curricular activities
The exposure you get in here is just lovely

Dislikes

The faculties are not the best you will get as they are mixed
I feel the syllabus is not up to the mark when I compare to foreign colleges though it is good for Indian college
The canteen of the college is also preety mid like it's not bad

BFM course as the name suggests is focused on the financial market but along with there are a lot of things that you will study which will be related to management in general and has many different concepts of economics

Honest review on Mithibai College

Likes

The campus is awesome and has a lot of amenities too that is too good
The faculty is wonderful,they are Highly experienced and teach excellent
The crowd is also too good and generally people are decent and sober unlike some other colleges

Dislikes

I didn't like much the placements cause they are not that up to the mark according to my expectations
Mithibai has 75% attendance compulsory that can sometimes be tedious

Placement Experience:

We get eligible for campus placements from the 3rd year, companies like JP Morgan Morgan Stanley and other Asset management companies come to hire students too with the highest going around 18 lakhs a year, there were many students offered the same, and the avg package is decent around 4-5 lakhs per annum, around 70% of students get placed decently After getting the degree I'll go for MBA from any top bschool and do CFA
