Primarily the course focused on the theory aspect in the first two semesters, but as we moved forward the agency part kicked in and we were exposed to what is actually required in the real-world. The course is a perfect blend of theory and application

The curriculum adapts to modern technology and is revised every year which is very beneficial for the student as it allows to study the ongoing requirements in the IT industry. There are 2 semesters each year during the course of 4 years and the subjects change every semester allowing students to gain knowledge over each area.
The course curriculum is thorough and very specific. It is relevant with the NEW EDUCATION POLICY 2020. I liked that the college provides a differentiator in finance as well marketing right in the second year itself.

The course is decently built for management and business enthusiasts. There is an option to choose a specialization in the 3rd year between marketing and finance. A lot of the finance syllabus covers modules of CFA level 1 while marketing subjects can use a little bit of more practical and hands on approach. The first two years you learn about operations, marketing, finance, HR and some subjects you might find boring and obselete like communications and EVS. The course can be better if they included more case studies and focused on relevant areas and possibly tie up with third party corporates for extensive training. The exams are held at the end of the semester and are of moderate difficulty which make up 75% of your sgpa (may vary for other course) and 25% from internals which are easy to score in. You can easily aim for 8+ sgpa if you study a week before the exams.

As per being an autonomous college, this college sets up a well-equipped syllabus which helps students in various entrance examinations also. The teaching methods are more traditional using a smart board and ppts, etc. Exams are also conducted on a normal basis 2 units and 2 end sems.

I'm pursuing BCom and i know most of the students are doing professional couses but if we only consider BCom they have good syllabus with autonomy which also helps us in practical office work. The exams are very hard compared to the other colleges because it makes our college unique and competitive.
