According to Palavi Tawde, Microbiology is mainly lab based work but it also teaches you other worldly things , the reason behind her choosing Bsc microbiology to do from ruia is because , once she had a talk to an alumni of ruia in which she mentioned that microbiology from ruia is basically equal to engineering from an IIT.
