About St Andrew's College of Arts Science and Commerce
St. Andrew's College of Arts Science and Commerce was established in the year 1983 by the Archbishop of Bombay Simon Pimenta. It was inaugurated by Mother Teresa as one of the Christian Roman Catholic institutes in Mumbai. The college is affiliated to the University of Mumbai and has been accredited with an 'A+' grade by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) and Maharashtra Board.

Admission is done as per the University of Mumbai Guidelines and college norms. Students seeking admission to St. Andrews College will have to follow a two-way process of admission. - Students may visit the official website of the University of Mumbai and fill the online registration form by creating a username and password. Complete the form filling procedure online.

Under the Principal Dr. Marie Fernandes, St. Andrews College has an esteemed faculty of over 60 Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff. There was no entrance exam for the BCOM course in St Andrews College which made it easy for students with even low percentage to get addmision althought the admission process was very hectic and very long and complcated

- Professors and their excellent teaching methods involving many examples and good theory explanation with proper powerpoint presentations
- The availablity of a quiet and peaceful library where many books are provided of all genres
Dislikes
- The cancelling of lectures as it had us traveling and wasting money for nothing at all
- A disrespectful lady watchman, she would never talk nicely to anyone and would always be rude
Admission:
A cut off is set which for BMS is usually based on 12th percentage and includes 55% for science, 78% for commerce and 65% for arts. First you would need to fills the Mumbai University form followed by the form provided in the college website. There is reservation of seats for minority.

- St Andrews is among the good Colleges in Mumbai for arts science and commerce I selected arts in my undergraduate degree and am planning to study psychology and become a psychologist Andrews has a good faculty and good facility along with their staff
- St Andrews also has a good wide range of departments to select from and join into which helps in strengthening ur social skills and also gain experience

- I wish however St Andrews had a singleMajor in psychology as it does not offer that it offers a double major in psychology and if u wish to be a psychologist u do require the single major in psychology

There is no interview or written tests for getting admission into college it is only based on merit However since St Andrews is a Catholic college there is A Catholic quota present for all the Catholic students and the merit list of it goes as low as 55 percent score in 12th grade for students For the general quota students the last merit list stops at almost 78 percent

The admission process is simple as in other colleges. The college office is in front only. College also provides facilities for railway concession for the student travelling from far places. Overall experience is good
Admission:
At first, i was very hesitant about the college but after taking admission the experience was beautiful. Admission was taken on basis of the 12th percentage and merit list. I had applied for a BA course and the faculty of BA was very experienced, almost every professor had the experience of more than 10+ years. On the orientation day( counseling) we were informed about the rules and regulations and their expectations from us as well as guided us how the whole academic year is planned.
Admission:
The start of the admission process begins wherein one has to open an account in the Mumbai University portal and apply for the course and the college preferred. I had applied for more than 10 colleges and was shortlisted for more than 8 colleges but I was only focused on getting admission to St. Andrews college as it had a good reputation and placement. The admission criteria for this program had a cut off of 78 percent for the commerce students and for science students was 62 percent. After being selected the college informs the student to reach the college on a specific date and time. The students are supposed to carry their documents as well. Then, after going through the documents the student has to pay the fees for the first year via online or offline payment. I would say personally it was a smooth process without any interference and proper support from the staff in the college.

Just applied to Andrew’s College. The admission process was online. After selection payment of fees is also online. This College is famous for its catholic quota. Many catholics attend this college. The admission process is very convenient. Everything can be checked through the College website.

Our college is very good at teaching and there are various events and sports held in our college. It is a very reputed college and is very well known. There is nothing such as bad stuff in the college. Everyone Is very well maintained.

Definitely good reputation. The admission process was a bit tricky at times for better registration just follow the college website or notice board of the college. It was having the course I wanted so I prefer this college over others. It was easy to travel to this location. Since I took admission in 2020 we had to follow the online lectures.
