The Faculty of Law at the University of Delhi offers a Doctor of Philosophy in Law. To be eligible to apply, candidates should have a Master’s or equivalent degree in the Law stream from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognised as equivalent by the University of Delhi. Admission to the Ph.D. course will be done on the basis of NET with JRF, or DU Ph.D. Law Entrance Examination, or any other fellowship examination.
All Candidates will have to submit the Synopsis/Research Design to the Department of Law to be considered for the program. Faculty Of Law, University of Delhi Scholarships 2025
The University offers prizes, scholarships, as well as medals to UG, PG as well and PhD students. Many scholarships are offered by various trusts, govt departments.
