The professors are really good. There are even some retired judges who teach in the college. Also they are very helpful and co-operative.

Faculty:

So there are very few faculties in the college but they all are very good. Quality over quantity. There are teachers like Saurav rana and Belu Ma'am who are former judges. They have very good command on the law, Bare acts, cases.

Faculties are very friendly with student they always think for betterment of students future I like most Kalpana Jha mam who is my family law teacher I don't like Krishna acharya sir of contract law because his voice is not so clear Each semester has 5 exams we have to pass atleast 5 exam in first year of 1 and 2 semester

The Truth About FACULTY OF LAW

Faculty - faculty here is well qualified and big names. For example belu gupta mam, who herself an ex-judge, sourabh Rana sir who cracked many exams

Faculty here in all the three centres are very good and many of them are even judges. But in our first year we didn't get teacher for contra law and then they provide a guest teacher in last days . Belu gupta mam is fantastic, she is an ex-judge, and is very sweet. Infact all the teachers are very good like kalpana sharma mam, saurabh Rana sir. Exams are difficult,in first year you have two 5 exams in each semester i.e. in 2 semesters, total 10 exams. Many students got backlogs in exams. Approx 30 students got backlog in contract law.

The teaching standards are something not upto to par. Most of the teachers communicate in hindi despite it being an english medium college.

The student teacher ratio is quite contrast with more then the teacher can take . Making maintaining a close relationship with teacher a hard task. The teachers are not necessarily the best and sometimes lacking of quality. Teacher student interaction oten ends in the classroom itself

Faculty of Law DU

The teaching method that is case law method helps to know about practical application of law.

The teachers are not intereseted in teaching often involve in student politics.
The marking scheme in examinations is very unusual, a same answer can fetch different marks if checked by different teachers.

The student-teacher ratio is very low, a class has 80 students so that is a problem in teaching. The faculty have good credentials but they seem disinterested in teaching often involve in student politics The teachers are interactive and approachable.

Faculty members are quite highly educated and knowledgeable very well familiar to various dimensions of law and provide proper guidance as to where should one pursuee as per their interests. Also faculty members are very much supportive while pursuing internships to help in managing attendance so that one's sitting in the examination

Delhi University's Law Faculty is awesome! The teachers there really know their stuff and help students understand law in a practical way. They make learning fun and interesting.
It's a popular choice for students all over because it's got a great reputation. People know that if you study law there, you'll be well-prepared for a successful career in the legal field. Overall, it's a top-notch place to learn and grow as lawyer

while the Faculty of Law at Delhi University has its merits, there are areas where improvement is needed to provide a truly enriching educational experience for all students.
Additionally, there have been concerns raised about outdated teaching methods and a lack of practical exposure to real-world legal issues.

The faculty to student ratio is very good in university there is no need of more teacher ,they have enough teacher to make u understand things in better way ! Also there is provision for guest faculty who are also very much qualified!! The approach which law faculty follow is similar to all foreign universities where they teach using case study of different cases of supreme court, High court. In faculty you can interact with them any time you want they are always available for you .

Faculty of my college is well qualified and well versed with the subjects. Faculty does a lot of hard work in organizing various activities like moot court, international conferences on law etc. Punctuality and high discipline is another key of faculty.
