About USLLS
University School of Law and Legal Studies (USLLS New Delhi) was set up in the year 2001. It is affiliated to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and has the approval of UGC to conduct academic courses. Presently, it offers BA-LLB, BBA-LLB at the UG level, LLM at the PG level, and also a Ph.D. program at the Doctoral level under well-experienced faculties. USLLS New Delhi Admission
In order to take admission to the University of Law and Legal Studies, candidates must qualify the respective entrance exams for the preferred academic course. For admission in the BALLB and B.B.A+L.L.B, the candidates need to qualify CLAT followed by centralized counseling.
On the other hand, Candidates seeking admission in LLM must have to appear for CLAT-PG, followed by personal interview and centralized counseling. PH.D. admission is granted based on the merit of the candidates on the common entrance test as well as the qualifying exam.

Basically, USLLS took admissions on the basis of clat score and you have to just fill the IPU University form with the application number of your clat exam and there and there is a reservation for Delhi candidates up to 85% so there is less chance for outsiders but if you have good rank in clat you can get uslls like I am outside Delhi candidate and I got that but I choose this over other colleges because of opportunities I will get here as it situated in the center of Delhi and near to NLU Delhi. I want improvement in reservation in admissions.
Placement Experience:
There are lack of placement and job opportunities in law schools. But placement cell is still developing and internships are provided by the university.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is quite comprehensive covering all the important areas. However, the syllabus needs to be a bit updated to cover the new legislations. We have a phenomenal criminal law teacher named Ms. Upma Gautam. She is the best faculty in the entire law school.

The counselling process for the next session of 2024 will begin by June 2024.
No, CET is required for other UG integrated courses, however, for BALLB course you will need to appear for CLAT exam.
For admission to USLLS New Delhi, you need to appear for IPU CET/CLAT to get selected for the same.
To get in the law courses of USLLS, New Delhi, you need to clear the CLAT cut-off marks as released by the University. Your final admission will be offered if you fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria along with cut-off.
The fee for the Bachelor of Arts + Bachelors of Law (BA LLB) Honours is INR 3,90,000 for the duration of 5 years which includes various charges such as medical charges, youth development fund, registration fees, library charges, etc.
There are two entrance exams accepted for admission to law courses that is CET and CLAT.
The admission to USLLS New Delhi for 2023 is done through CLAT which will be held on 18th December 2022.
The placement details of USLLS are mentioned below:
Admission to USLLS is done via CLAT and CET, the last date for the same was 18th November 2022 for CLAT and 3rd November 2022 for CET.
Admission to law programs in GGSIPU or IP University is based on the merit of CLAT since 2019. Now, CET (Common Entrance Test), which was earlier conducted by IP University, is not conducted.
University School Of Law And Legal Studies’s fee structure for the BA + LLB program will be INR 3.03 Lakh.
You should have passed a 10+2 or higher secondary examination from a recognized Board or university. The admissions are done on the basis of merit in Common Law Admission Test or CLAT for the academic year followed by centralized counselling process by the University.
You can apply by filling in the application form available online for the course you desire to take after full filling out all the eligibility criteria. Fill in the form with the required details and documents followed by the application fees.
The college has a hostel which charges around INR 60000 for one year. There is good and hygienic food provided by the mess and all the facilities are included in the package so that students can have comfort.
