LSR's faculty is awesome. The faculty members threat their students as a child. And empowering them. They try to cover syllabus with different life lessons . . I've chosen the bcom hons. Because I'm from commerce background and i want to do CA. The teaching methods of faculty members is too different as compared to school teachers.

I chose B.Com hons because I wanted to get the best placements by enrolling myself in a professional course and getting access to the best learning environment that is valid for the corporate world. The faculty-to-student ratio would be around 30:1 (30 students: 1 teacher).
A lot of different companies visit our college regularly for final year students. These include Bank of America, Ernst and Young, Deloitte, Hindustan Unilever Limited and many others. The placement opportunity provided at our college is great. The overall highest package for 3 year course is Rs. 38lakhs/annum. However, only 10% students are able to get placed. So its very necessary for students to be active and engaged throughout their college life to be able to get placed. The environment is highly competitive. Profiles offered range from Business Analyst, Marketing and finance jobs, HR, and others. I got placed right after graduating.
Students become eligible for placements from their final years. Around 165 companies visited our campus to offer full-time positions and 193 students were placed last year. We invited industry giants like McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, EY, DE Shaw, Accenture, Citibank among others to recruit our students for a variety of profiles and roles. The placement roles ranged from consultancy to banking and financial services, human resources, financial research to content writing. The highest Placement Offer in 2020-21 is INR 37.8 LPA.
From the 2nd year students are eligible for the placement. The companies like Deloitte, American express, byju's visited and provide 25-30 number of offers on an average made. The A grade company provides highest package like Rs.1,50,000 and more and B grade company provides average package according to skill. Skills matter more then percentage but students have to score better in the respective subject which is required for the placement. I'll pursue MBA after my graduation.
